Restaurante Torreón

Every time we go, the service is a delight. The dishes arrive piping hot, and the empanadas as an appetizer are exquisite. I've ordered several dishes, and one of them was the Jaiba-Loco (crab-crab) chowder. It was incredibly hearty and delicious. In general, their dishes are like that (like the crepes filled with crab… a real treat). They have a varied menu, and the drinks are well-made. We always appreciate their kindness and that they're attentive at all times if we need anything. That's why we keep coming back. Congratulations to all the restaurant staff!

I went there for a seafood-focused meal. The starter was divine. Flawless. I highly recommend it—it's expertly prepared, delicate, without the preparation overpowering the taste of the seafood. As for the salmon, it was good, but I was disappointed by the cooking, which, in my opinion, wasn't done properly. It was overcooked and therefore dry. And that's a shame, a real shame (especially considering the price).

Terrible experience. Since we didn't have a reservation, they seated us on the terrace, but made several derogatory comments about it, such as "how brave of them" and "we'll order later," because rainwater was leaking in, which no one had noticed. That's no way to treat a customer; very rude.

I went with a group; we didn't have a reservation, so they seated us on the terrace. Everything was fine until another man came out and gave us terrible service—very rude. We left; their service was a disgrace.

Terrible service. They seated us on the terrace without warning us that rain was leaking in, so we ended up getting soaked. When they finally came to serve us, the gentleman said, "Okay, let's hurry up and order soon." We found this comment completely inappropriate and a very inconsiderate attitude towards the customer. We wouldn't be back.
