Hostel Prada

Good breakfasts and good service. I liked that they provided warm blankets for winter.

I booked here to rest during my transit through Lima, central location good value, 5 minutes walk to great restaurants, cafe and touristy shopping. Cute little balcony was a perfect!

The room was spacious and well-ventilated, which was great since I brought my dog. Although the location is busy, it's very centrally located for getting to any area, from Miraflores and San Isidro to Lince and Magdalena. The young man Kevin and the two maintenance staff (a young woman and a young man) were all very kind and attentive. It was a pleasant experience.

Reliable lockers

It's a very good place, the service was excellent and friendly. Highly recommended. It's in a strategic location, the rooms are clean, and there's a great atmosphere. Recommended.

I just left my suitcases, they were very kind and their prices were very competitive :)

We used Hostel Prada for luggage storage while we explored Miraflores. It was perfectly located for cruise ship drop-off at the Indian Market, literally located around the corner on the same block. All the staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check-in and check-out were quick. I would definitely use them again.

I used luggage storage here for a month - very professional and safe and friendly service. Also insurable due to the use of lockers. Highly recommend!

I'm having a terrible experience at this hotel. The rooms, the atmosphere, everything is great, but the guy who's been helping me—I haven't even left yet because, unfortunately, I've already paid for another night—is providing terrible service and doesn't know how to treat customers or guests. When I checked in, they didn't even give me any information about the hotel's system itself, such as promotions, whether breakfast is included, or what time check-in and check-out are. A woman was saying one thing, and the guy was saying another. There was also communication with my partner. The guy treated me rudely both on WhatsApp and in person, and they never apologized when I told him how badly he was behaving. When I told him that the communication should have been clear from the beginning, he sent me a forwarded WhatsApp chat with the complete services and wrote, verbatim: "Okay, dear, now everything is clear. Here's all the information, and anything consumed from the minibar is an additional cost." As if to say, "Don't mess with me!" There's the information, period. I had just paid for my second stay, and the staff was disrespectful and sarcastic. On top of that, it's false advertising. The WhatsApp Business message said the Nazca Lines room was 149, but they charged me 159. When I told the guy, he said they'd had problems with the prices and asked if I wanted to make the reservation. I couldn't find any other options because it was last minute, but it's a shame because the place is beautiful, but this guy's service was awful! What's more, I just saw that the guy changed the room price! 😂 That could get this hotel fined. Anyway, I'll write in the complaints book tomorrow. I'm attaching the evidence; draw your own conclusions. All I expected was a simple, "Excuse me, miss." Nothing more.

We came to this hostel to store our luggage and it's very safe, highly recommended.
