Blackcomb Springs Suites: настоящий курорт с прямым выходом к склонам

Overall this is a nice clean hotel that is quiet. Staff is very friendly.It is on the route 5 free shuttle bus which goes to the village. There is a small pool and two jacuzzies. Wasn't clear if you can bring alcohol to the pool area so we didn't, signs only say not glass bottles. Gym is very basic and all the pool visitors go through it to go swimming so it's a bit annoying. Quality of rooms is okay but some paint was chipping from furniture.

This property is attractive to young sports teams, it appears. Not recommended if a relaxing or quiet stay is your goal.

What We Loved: The Location & Shuttle: Having a free bus shuttle right to the village made exploring completely effortless. No driving or parking stress for the family! The Pool & Hot Tub Area: This was the absolute highlight of the trip. The entire pool and hot tub area is completely surrounded by beautiful trees, making it feel like a private forest sanctuary. Perfect Rainy Day Activity: A little bit of rain actually made the hot tub experience even better! Sitting in the warm water while the rain fell through the trees was incredibly peaceful and cozy. Family Verdict My family truly enjoyed every minute of our time here. Between the convenient village access and the gorgeous, forested pool area, it provided the exact relaxing escape we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

Smooth check-in/out process, friendly staff & dog-friendly. They have milk bones in the lobby for floofer guests. Our room was quiet & clean, & was well stocked with amenities. Of note, on 2 separate evenings there were 2 different groups of guests who were not observing the rules/ policies in the outdoor pool area where drinking and/or smoking is not allowed. There was one evening I was in the outdoor hot tub and a 3-person group had 3 adults openly drinking beer and 1 of whom was smoking a cigarette on the pool side (not hot tub side). And another evening where a big group was checking out the pool facilities while I was in the tub and 1 of them was heavily smoking marijuana which caused me to leave the hot tub sooner than I wanted.

The absolute worst. Paid for a room with pool view but got a crappy, stinky one facing some trees and the parking lot. It was late when we arrived so I did not make a fuss. The room reeked of dogs and this awful powder deodorizer. Then when we left, the room deposit still has not been credited. $219.95. I have been going back and forth for weeks with these people and they swear it was credited, which it was not. Still no end in sight and I have literally shown them my bank statement for that month which clearly shows the deposit exiting my account but never returning. The guy at the front was clueless at check in and could not get us keys that actually worked, the room was pretty awful and not the one I paid for and I AM STILL trying to get my damage deposit refunded. Stay anywhere but here, folks.
