Nohian Collection Hotels

My experience at this so-called boutique hotel was horrible and disappointing, one of the worst stays I've ever had. The room was in deplorable condition: broken electrical outlets, open covers, and exposed wires, in addition to several black, deteriorated walls with cement-covered edges. The most serious issue wasn't just the room's appearance, but finding exposed electrical wiring in a space where guests were staying. For me, this represents a serious safety concern and is absolutely unacceptable. When I complained to Ms. Rosario, who introduced herself as the general manager, one of the explanations I received was that these conditions were part of the hotel's design, as if it were completely normal. Regarding the walls, she told me that guests dirtied them with their suitcases and, even more unbelievably, that I couldn't expect them to repaint the room every time a VIP guest like myself stayed. I want to make it clear: I wasn't asking for any special treatment because I was a VIP. I was complaining about the condition of several walls and the state of the room I was given. To try to present this deterioration as normal or justify it by saying that guests dirty the walls seemed completely unacceptable and disrespectful. Throughout my entire stay, we only received two bottles of water. Furthermore, after I filed my complaints, I was informed that employees had been instructed not to accept my tip, which I consider improper conduct and a possible form of retaliation. Later, members of her own team informed me that Ms. Rosario did not hold the position of general manager, despite having introduced herself to me as such. I am not writing this to elicit sympathy or to exaggerate what happened. I am writing it to document an experience I consider unacceptable, especially given the electrical conditions, the state of the rooms, and the way my complaints were handled. A boutique hotel should offer security, maintenance, cleanliness, and professionalism. In my experience, this establishment fell far short of those standards. I do not recommend it.

Wonderful hotel with excellent service. Beds are very comfortable for good night sleep. Spacious. Near mall and many restaurants!

This was a surprisingly fantastic hotel in Santiago. My highlights: -Free parking on the property -Lovely rooftop restaurant and bar is a great place to begin your day (breakfast) or end your evening (cocktail) -Friendly staff -Beautiful room with luxurious furnishing -Large bathroom with high-end toiletries and amenities The hotel isn't in a location that's most convenient to restaurants, bars, and sights, but everything is a quick drive away. I would absolutely stay here again if I returned to Santiago.

First time at this hotel and I loved it. They arranged a car to pick up and and take me to the airport. The room was spacious, very clean, the shower was amazing due to high water pressure. The staff was beyond helpful, anything we needed (mostly extra water) we got very quickly. Housekeeping was thorough and did a fantastic job. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful with whatever I needed. Super happy about my stay. We wanted to watch the Spain vs France World Cup game and the restaurant put the game on the TV just for us. Highly recommended hotel.

The rooms are spacious, updated and really nice. The rooftop restaurant is excellent food with excellent views. The staff was amazing! We had a flat tire and they got us a mechanic and got us back on the road! An absolute gem!
