I thought it was an excellent place. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen is great and very useful, and I loved that all the staff are super attentive. The jacuzzi and terrace were definitely my favorite areas! 🩷🫶🏻

Great accommodation option! I stayed with my family and it's a super quiet place, with easy access to many restaurants, local shops, and other options. The staff is incredibly attentive and always friendly. Definitely a recommended place.

To whom it may concern I booked my accommodation last spring and was told to pay a month before hand. I paid in advance a month and a day ahead of time to secure room and date. Upon arrival I am greeted by very unpleasant and unprofessional lady at front desk who admitted she was new and had major attitude with me. She looked at reservation and said ok. I reserved a suite with kitchen for 10 days, she gave me a loud room on street level with no kitchen! I went and said there is mistake, she looked again at the address and sent me next door to the other hotel. They sent me back as wrong address on my voucher but right hotel with name. Next day I was switched to a room with kitchen it was better. A couple days later she stops me and says I have to pay more money? I said WHAT? I was pre booked and prepared due to busy season! She said I owed 1700+ pesos and I told my agent not an agency. He told me that his agency Ocean breeze was starting a case file on Pilitas/Hacienda as false and misleading information was being advertised. I have never been so disappointed and so discouraged with a holiday accommodation. I was at your hotel many years ago when it was a nightmare and I was told it was renovated and cleaned up as they were looking for a new clientele so I said yes. My Xmas vacation is great my accommodation not great! I will not recommend and I will be issuing a review. Spending more money upon arrival is not cool. CAUTION THEY LIST PRICE ONLINE ISN’T ACURATE. They will make you pay more after a couple days, there is a new case filed on them! Staff are very unprofessional, place needs work and there online booking agency is not giving right information. No hot water in bathroom sink. Kitchen dirty. Never staying again. Do yourself a favour and stay elsewhere! Very disappointing place.

It's always a pleasure to stay here; the rooms are very nice, it's quiet, and the location is great.

All the staff were so amazingly kinda and accommodating! We had a room away from the street and had no problems with noise. The pools are cool and the weather is hot! The area is super central only one block from the beach ⛱️ This was the perfect affordable get away to escape the canadian winter. The wifi can be spotty but they have different "hot spot" locations that work good! Our TV was a Roku which was great for streaming and we loved the roof top! We had no issues with not having hot water. Having the extra space of the kitchen and living room was great. *trying to upload pictures*

You can read through a lot of reviews but here are the only words you need to know: NO HOT WATER. If youre into icy showers and a cold jacuzzi then this is the spot for you. The walls are thin and you can hear all everything in all the rooms around you. Use the dishes in the kitchen, but know they werent cleaned with hot water. Location is great otherwise it would be a fully one star. Its a great price but sometimes you need to ask why its such a great price. for a bunch of college dudes on a spring break, go for it, youll survive. but if you dont want to sleep on a bed where the sheets are presumably cleaned with no hot water, go to any of the other thousand hotels around.

If you want to sleep or shower during your stay look elsewhere. Great location, but that’s where the positives end. Housekeeping woke us up before 7 a.m. every single day- slamming doors, thudding, sweeping, vacuuming, and talking in the halls. Then they told us we had a noise complaint- even though we weren’t even in the room during the time they claimed and we’re quiet travelers. 🤦‍♀️ There was no hot water our entire stay. The advertised “jacuzzi” is ice cold- the ocean was warmer. Our room also had cracked, damp walls, which didn’t feel clean or well-maintained. We travel a lot and are pretty low-maintenance, but this was a miss. Only the location is good. We won’t be back.

Very comfortable

The hotel is very nice, and the rooms are spacious and clean with comfortable beds. They have a modern kitchenette with all the essentials. The pool and jacuzzi have clean water. It's two blocks from the beach, and there are places to eat and shop nearby. The staff is friendly. Everything was great. 😊 Recommended 👌🏼

Beautiful adults-only hotel located in the Romantic Zone of Puerto Vallarta, a block and a half from Los Muertos Beach. It features a swimming pool, jacuzzi, and a terrace with ocean views.
