Super 8 Anaheim

Be careful before staying at this place; read the reviews carefully because a family member told me they didn't recommend it. In fact, for less money, they stayed at another hotel near Disneyland where they received everything they promised. From the moment I arrived, the woman with dyed hair wasn't there to check me in; she was supposedly in the bathroom and took a long time. Then, because I told the truth about having an extra child, they charged me $20 extra per night. The next day, I saw a lot of people leaving the rooms. I mean, I should have just lied and not paid that extra fee. They promise breakfast, but it's just a granola bar. 😏😏 I asked for extra pillows that night, and they didn't have any. I asked if they could give me a room downstairs, and they didn't have any either. So, nothing! 🤭 If you have a better option, take it. Don't stay at this place; I don't recommend it. It will ruin your stay.

My experience at Super 8 by Wyndham Anaheim would have been much more pleasant if the service at the front desk had been different. The receptionist working the night shift who assisted me was rude and seemed irritated by every question that was asked, which made the check-in process feel uncomfortable rather than welcoming. But the location and the rooms were good.

This is our second second time staying here and we had horrible service this time. The experience the first time was great, unfortunately the second time the service was horrible. The front desk woman definitely hates her job and hates the guests. She acted like we were a burden and was extremely rude. (The one with blonde hair checked in 3pm may 10) It is very unfortunate because we were hoping to come back again because the location is great and the rooms aren’t that bad. There is no reason to treat people poorly when we have done nothing wrong and asking Simple normal customer service questions like if we can request a bottom floor because of a disabled guest or any other stay related questions. This location needs to train or hire a bit better. We were not told about coffee, tea or juice in the lobby and this location should advertise or have signs they have breakfast. NO breakfast is served. They give you gross granola bars. Pros: Walking distance to the tram if you aren’t scared of the road, quiet at night, beds fine and clean enough. The bathroom is falling apart but what do you expect from a super 8.

Maia was very helpful in getting me a last minute accommodation. Stay here instead of Disneyland hotel if you’re going to the park. More money to spend at the park!

Check in was quick and our room was clean and ready, although the cleaner left the cleaning towels on our countertop and the shampoo and body wash bottles were completely empty. When I called to ask for some we were asked to come get them at the desk. There was also a hair on the clean hand towel I grabbed from the rack. The pool area was clean with plenty of chairs, towels are given at the front desk. Main complaint is that you can hear loud cars from the street and the Disney fireworks sound like they are being blasted off in the parking lot. So don’t plan on getting any sleep until all that is over.

Nothing special to it really but the staff were very friendly and helpful. There is a phenomenal view of Disneyland's weekend fireworks

Rude lady and very poor water pressure. Toilet doesn't flush. Will not stay there again.

My stay at Super 8 was extremely disappointing and did not match what was advertised. “Breakfast included” was misleading—guests were given nothing more than a granola bar. That is not an acceptable standard for a hotel claiming to offer breakfastfrom "6-10" There was no hot water during my stay. This is a basic necessity, not a luxury, and completely unacceptable for any hotel. Parking was difficult. Not enough spaces available and several spots blocked at the front for U-hau pods and school buses. Between the misleading advertising and lack of essential amenities, this was a very poor experience. I would not recommend staying here. Many other options available within walking distance of Disneyland for around the same price.

A very good hotel if you're looking to save money and enjoy a comfortable place to rest and wake up ready to continue your adventure.
