Overall a good stay, few minor things like door handle issue, and no pool like what is featured on Google. But comfortable bed, free HBO (all others you need your login for) consistent water pressure and temperature and overall clean.

We had a great stay here over spring break. Walking distance to the metro was great and hotel was quiet, even though it seemed very busy. Genet at the front desk is so incredibly kind and empathetic! She worked with us when we needed to add an extra night to our stay after our car ended up at the mechanic. It was absolutely painless and welcome after a very stressful couple of hours. Would also recommend getting an early start for breakfast. It did get pretty crowded after 7:30 AM.

THERE IS NO POOL 😭 Even with all the pictures and website description, there is no pool. Location was easy to get to the metro rail. Rooms were nice, breakfast was great. This hotel is very busy! Shuttle to and from airport was nice but stops at midnight and starts back up early am.

Despite what the Internet says about this hotel, breakfast only goes until 9. It's spring break, the hotel is full of families and kids and the breakfast attendant is literally taking trays of eggs and sausage out from under people at 9:02 am. They could have let people eat until the food was gone. They were packing up that food so fast while people were standing at the counters! People are paying over 200 dollars a night, plus 48 dollars to park and you're swiping mini bagels away?

Asked about a cancellation IF I could waive the fee, no they could not. Cancelled the reservation without my consent without actually asking if I wanted to go forward with it and on top of that charged me more than what the cancellation fee was. I will never stay at a Hilton property again.

The elevator wasn’t working, so we had to use the stairs from the parking area, which was inconvenient—especially with luggage. We were also asked to pay for parking even though we were staying in the building, which felt a bit odd. There is public parking available behind the hotel, but the front desk staff didn’t guide us toward that option. Instead, we were warned not to park on the side road due to ticketing, which wasn’t very helpful. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast was decent.

They clean rooms every four days. I’m ok with reusing towels but provider hooks for them to dry. One trash bag for four days was not enough. The staff were friendly.

We were down for a conference this week and we really wanted to love this hotel, but the No’s out weighed the yes’s. Pro’s: Breakfast was good. Room was cleanish Con’s: One of the front desk staff was a snot. We pulled up to check in. After check in we asked if the key card would allow us to park under neath. She’s like o, you need to park here. YES. We talked about how we needed a credit card and I gave her my card to charge extra for parking. We went underneath to park and we found the elevators were not working for the garage. Two people staying 3 nights and 4 days, you know we would have luggage. Drove back up stairs to the lobby, after already parking, and went back up. I think the manager came out of his office at the time and I told him, your staff need to notify visitors that the elevator is not working before they go down to park. Would have been helpful. He apologies after I grabbed the trolley. He said there were signs. The signs were on the elevators themselves and not marked anywhere else, when you first walk in would have been nice or the front desk staff could have told us when she handed us the key. Looking at the elevator, when we proceed to go to our room on the opposite wall, it’s been down for some time. It didn’t just happen that day. Our room: the tile floor could have used a good mopping. The tub took for ever to drain, the toilet would not flush right unless you flushed it several times. (The chain was too small, to save water I guess.) And the bathroom sink… o the bathroom sink. How do I loath that bathroom sink. What engineer or contractor thought this was a good idea? No water pressure, and it’s off to the side of the sink. Every time we would washed our hands, water would go all over the place. I had to wash my face hanging over the tub because I didn’t have any water in the sink. This was the absolute worst idea ever. The sink was a total disaster. Picture and video to prove you couldn’t do a darn thing with that sink. Ugh. Will not be going back.
