Really beautiful and clean facility. Their employee explained everything well. Showers were nice, just weak water pressure. They also give you free water and tea during your session.

This was absolutely so much fun. The host shows you everything so you know exactly what to do. Can't wait to go back!!

I had such a great experience at Plunj Boise. The facilities are beautiful and extremely well maintained, and the space smells amazing the moment you walk in. The team was incredibly friendly, attentive, and made everything feel easy and welcoming from start to finish. As someone who works out really hard, the contrast therapy felt incredible and exactly what my body needed. I left feeling refreshed, relaxed, and noticeably better overall. I’ll definitely be back and would highly recommend it to anyone looking to recover, reset, and treat themselves to a top-notch experience.

Plunj helped bring my body back to life after basketball runs and training. The cold plunge was absolutely brutal in the best way possible 😂 but you can feel the recovery benefits right away. Clean setup, great atmosphere, and the staff made the experience comfortable even while I was questioning my life choices in that freezing water. Definitely a spot athletes and active people should check out for recovery and wellness. I’ll be back for sure.

Relaxing atmosphere and clean facility. Our host Capri was wonderful about checking in on us and adding water to the Sauna. Great selection for hot teas to sip while resting. Educational about membership but no pressure. Wonderful experience, plan to visit again soon!
