Hattie's Tap & Tavern is a neighbourhood dive at 2918 The Plaza, between Plaza Midwood and NoDa. It isn't an LGBTQ bar. CharlottesGotALot includes it in its LGBTQ+ bar roundup because it's a long-standing hangout for queer women and femmes. Charlotte has no dedicated lesbian bar, so this is the closest everyday option. Expect regulars from the surrounding streets. Google lists it open from 4pm to 2am on weekdays, from 3pm on Saturday and from 1pm on Sunday. Chasers is a few minutes up The Plaza if you want a gay bar afterwards.
