Sunday Hotsprings

I had been a loyal member of this sauna for almost a year, and my experience ended in a very disappointing way. When I first joined, the staff themselves would add eucalyptus to the sauna water to create a pleasant aroma. Because that had been their normal practice, I asked if eucalyptus could be added again. Instead, a staff member accidentally added the wrong product, which created a strong burning smell in the sauna. Rather than taking responsibility for their own mistake, they blamed me for what happened and canceled my membership. What disappointed me most was not the mistake itself—everyone makes mistakes—but how it was handled. Instead of acknowledging the error and resolving the situation professionally, they chose to blame a loyal customer who had been coming there for nearly a year. I expected much better customer service and accountability. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this sauna.

Fun, unique, relaxing experience. Variety of temperatures. Great couples or small group activity to relax and chat without phones or just sit in peace. Feels luxurious. Delightful 2 hours.

My husband loves hot tubs and steam rooms, so it was a no brainer to try out Sunday Hot Springs to celebrate our anniversary. We chose to visit late on a Friday afternoon hoping to avoid the crowds, and it DELIVERED! Upon arrival there was a group of 4 women, who left about 40 min later. We had the place to ourselves for a bit, then 2 girlfriends arrived. Given the ample amenities, we didn’t feel at all crowded. The staff was very helpful in orienting us to all the facilities and the recommended contrast therapy cycle as we were first-time visitors. We also enjoyed a complimentary kombucha (normally there is a fee) because they had some maintenance being done that afternoon, and the hot tub was unavailable for about 20 minutes during our 2 hour visit. It was a lovely gesture, and the kombucha was tasty and refreshing. We also enjoyed the complimentary fruit water too. They have a cool waterproof wristband electronic key system to lock up your valuables while you’re there. It was easy and convenient to use. We had a wonderful time and look forward to our next visit. I feel certain if we lived closer, my husband would invest in a membership!

Loved this place! I’ve been to similar spas in the past and this was my favorite, even though you don’t have your own private space like SweatHouz. I’d recommend this over SweatHouz 100%. You get much more time, which seemed like plenty of time to relax and get your fill without being rushed. The staff were attentive and friendly and happy to help. The place was clean. They don’t allow enough people in at once for it to be crowded. I had the steam room and sauna and cold plunge to myself on many of the rotations. The included tea and fruit water was refreshing. Each space is plenty big to lay down or move around without feeling cramped at all. Free street parking right outside the building.

I had an awesome time here! Such a wonderful experience. Eri was a great welcome into such a peaceful environment. I feel so good on the way home and I’m going to get wonderful sleep.

Sunday Hot Springs is truly a hidden gem. From the moment you walk in, you can tell that every detail has been thoughtfully designed to create a relaxing and welcoming experience. The facilities are always clean, well-maintained, and provide the perfect environment to unwind and recharge.

First time visiting this week and it was lovely. Found out the cold plunge isn’t for me, but the other amenities are lovely. The coed spaces don’t bother me, but I do wish there was more than one shower in the women’s locker room. My skin felt amazing after and I felt like the general vibe was peaceful and not rushed. Two hours was plenty of time to do everything multiple times. They have plenty of fruit infused water to hydrate. My favorite part was the steam room. Update to review a few months after getting a membership. I have continued to be impressed by the cleanliness, attentiveness, and overall kindness of the staff at Sunday Hot Springs. So glad I found this place!

It is absolutely a wonderful experience as this was my first time but definitely adding to my regular self-care routine. My first taste of kombucha was a delicious one and Sunday Hot Springs is so peaceful---an excellent place to maintain well being both physically and mentally.
