Отель Red Lion Hotel & Conference Center Cheyenne

I went to the Grand Re-opening this afternoon and they have done so much!! I am excited to use this as a venue in the future and it looks like they have some amazing events in their restaurant coming up!!

This hotel was a little on the dirty side but they were in the process of cleaning it.

Clean room, friendly staff, a two-minute drive from the center, ample parking. Breakfast (for a fee) includes both hot and cold options.

Only complaint is the halls, walls, rooms are all painted gray. Not a soft, warm gray but a "$1‐a-gallon-deal" gray making it all look dirty. Lysol wipes proved not dirty - just looks dinghy and dreary. Beds/Pillows soft and wonderful.

Very disappointed with the check in experience. After waiting in line for 20 mins to check in with a small baby, the lady at the front desk allows someone who wasn’t in line and takes another 10 mins with this person’s query. Totally unacceptable.

Rooms are updated and new, but not high end. Food at the restaurant is edible. Service is good and desk folks are helpful.

Nice and clean hotel. I'm very satisfied.

The newly remodeled rooms are sure nice. I’m not sure what they looked like before but when walking into my room I was actually surprised. Comfortable bed & pillows.

Room was so dirty. Toilet and shower were obviously not cleaned. Food on the floor under the chair. I asked for a new room. It was better but definitely not good.
