SOVA Micro-Room & Social Hotel

If you are looking for a cheap place to sleep for 1-2 nights in a really convenient location, I would recommend the SOVA hotel. The price for what we received was fair. The room was clean, and their Wifi and TV worked fine. The reason I took off one star is because the bed and pillows were not the most comfortable. It was fine for one night, but I think it would have been a bigger issue for a longer stay.

Very close walking distance from Flix bus, 9 min walk. Not the hotel fault. The areas around hotel felt edgy. Social economic issue present. Made me uncomfortable walking around even in the day time. I’m an adult male. I understand downtown area is being supported to maintain safety. A significant police and security presence on the streets, that are very helpful and accommodating.

Small rooms but clean and comfortable. Great location.

This was a fun little place to stay. Half the room is the bathroom, but it's not like cramped. The shower is a rainfall shower head and the toilet is heated with a bidet. Bed was comfy. The location of the place is great. It is just a couple blocks away from damn near everything you could want to do. After the concert I went to, I hung out and had drinks in the lobby. I noticed some interesting rules and tips on the wall and in the elevator.

I would have given it a 5 star if only they had a mini fridge in the rooms and a laundry room. Friendly staff, nice vibes, the duvet was an unexpected bonus 😆

Rooms are small but great for singles or couples. Nice location within walking distance or few minute drive to lots of cool places.

The concept was a good idea but we didn’t enjoy our stay. They have no parking and have you park across the street in public parking. We got our window smashed in as well as another guest’s truck. We had one more night paid for but of course since it’s not their property there is nothing they can do since the room is non-refundable. We booked a stay at a different hotel for our final night for safety reasons. We also found hair clumps in the rooms and a toenail clipping. Would not recommend but wish we could! Small improvements would do wonders! The bidet was nice

Came in from OKC for a few days after riding on the train. A great location if you prefer taking public transit, ride share is also a great option. I was in town to get a tattoo, so I didn’t have the chance to check out the bar, but the matcha latte w/ lavender and oat milk was super good.
