Goldie is one of the nicest and most professional people I’ve ever had the pleasure of interacting with during a hotel stay. She’s attentive, caring, friendly and will make you feel at home. When we checked in on May 19th the lady who checked us in was amazing she had such a great personality and made us laugh. The room was clean the breakfast was good I would stay again

I would like to thank Goldie. She does a great job of always making sure my room is ready, helps with anything else I need. She is the number one reason I stay here, instead of at the other IHG locations in ft wayne, even though this is farther from my destination!

Rude staff. Asked two times for the towels and to please clean the room - never was done. Called to front desk to ask where is my towels at least, was told they supstcpzppdon’t have enough staff, no apologies were made. Almost one hour before check out while I was sleeping front desk agent woke me up, calling with the reminder about check out time, that I was complete aware of.

I love this hotel! Goldie is Amazing & is always involved,caring & willing to help in any way needed. I stay here regularly for work & wouldn't want to stay anywhere else. Easy 5/5 🌟

I went to this hotel for college graduation the next day while 5 months pregnant and with a tired four year old...... I have never in my life experienced such a horrendous, unhinged level of "service." I worked in customer service for ten years, and I have never seen a professional act with such personal malice. After a five-hour drive with a tired four-year-old, I was subjected to a targeted power trip by a front desk clerk that bordered on psychological bullying. ​A week before my stay, I called to ensure my child was added to my Expedia booking. The woman I spoke with was incredibly rude, claiming it was a "hassle" to look at reservations more than a day ahead, and condescendingly told me it was "common sense" that bringing my child was fine. However, when I arrived and tried to be polite by mentioning the child again for their records, she exploded. She called me a "criminal" and a "liar," claiming I had "lied" to Expedia by not having the child on the initial form. When I reminded her that I had called her specifically to fix this and she gave me the green light, she doubled down on the insults. ​She eventually said she would let us in, but only if I acknowledged what a "bad person" I was and "admitted" to the "crimes" she was accusing me of. At that point, the treatment was so abusive I told her I’d rather take my business elsewhere. She told me that if I called Expedia to cancel, she would answer the phone to authorize it. I did exactly what she said I went outside and called Expedia. only to watch through the window as she intentionally ignored three consecutive calls from the agent. ​She lied to my face, ignored the support calls on purpose to trap my money, and tried to strand a parent and toddler at night. This woman is a massive liability and has no business interacting with the public. Families, stay far away. This property isn't managed by professionals; it’s run by someone who uses guests for a power trip.

Excellent hotel with friendly staff and clean rooms. Conveniently located near restaurants, shopping, and the highway.

I absolutely love Goldie! She's so sweet and so personable with each and every guest. The rooms are always so so clean, it's located near a few fast food places that are easy to get to, there's also some places to shop that are close by as well, which is nice in case you forgot anything.

Goldie at the front desk is amazing. Friendly helpful. Rooms clean shower has great pressure and hot water. Only thing I could say is I wish that in my room I could access the WiFi. Seems maybe the router may not be letting Access. In lobby I have no issues. Overall highly do recommend.
