The Circ Hotel by Hosteeva

I had a very bad experience 5/7/26. My room appeared to be clean until I decided to shower. While in the shower I’m killing bugs, little nets flying over my head and on the wall. I got my phone recorded it and immediately went to the Check in desk and complained. The 1st thing the guy said is do you have pictures.YES and video too. He apologized and ask if I wanted to change my room. No I want a refund and cancel my reservation. The next day speaking with management offer me $53 dollars back on a $513.00. Charge I’m livid. Worst experience ever in my life at a hotel. Poor customer service.

My Flight was cancelled due to a storm, and this hotel refused to provide a refund. I am from out of state and was going for the Rosario Flores Concert in March which I bought for my wife for our anniversary, I lost on the tickets, The airlines refunded me the fare but this hotel refuses to work with AMEX to refund me. They have ignored AMEX for the last month and only want to offer a voucher for me to return to FLL. I have no plans on returning to FLL for 2 nights as I was only going there for the concert. This hotel is unwilling to work with any guest on things that are out of your control, I will tell anyone and everyone to stay away from this hotel as they show to be very unprofessional in handling these type of situations. update 05/05 the management at parent company hosteeeva called me stating it was never escalated to them and due to them reading my review on multiple platforms they were made aware, at that point they refunded me. I should be saying thank you google.

The Hotel is well and conveniently located in the Hollywood Beach downtown area. The staff were very courteous, professional and attentive. The rooms are very good but need to focus more on the cleanliness. The furniture is a little run down and aged. The mattress was very comfortable but in the soft side not medium or firmly. The down side is the hotel have NO amenities as restaurants or bars. Olivia used to be the restaurant and the bar but is being closed for a while. It is just a little overpriced cafe and the pool in the rooftop. I definitely will stay there again and totally recommend it.

The only staff that offered help without having to be tracked down to find was the men doing valet service when we arrived, seems like only them and the housekeeping team care to do their jobs, as room was decently clean. The lady at the front desk seemed bothered every time she was approached and when our door code stopped working randomly at night, she had essentially no urgency in helping us. Great place to go if you don’t want to worry about getting in trouble for being too loud or smoking inside though as noise can be heard throughout the night from surrounding rooms and the elevator reeked of weed lol.

Not as good as expected. Strange smell in bathroom, noise from another room at 5.30 am. Spots on the walls and trash bin was totally rusty. The only thing we really liked was balcony.

The pre-check-in experience was disappointing and raised serious concerns about data security. Before arrival, I was asked to send a copy of my government-issued ID via email/text message. These are not secure methods for transmitting sensitive personal information. I offered to present my ID in person at check-in or use a secure platform, but this was not initially accommodated. Requesting ID is understandable, but the way it’s handled matters. Asking guests to send sensitive documents through unsecured channels shows a lack of proper data protection practices. This created unnecessary stress before the stay even began.

We booked this place because of the rooftop bar ,pool and the restaurant and it wasn't even open ,very disappointed.Besides that great location amazing staff. Good coffee, spot downstairs with Great empanadas and pastries. And another one across the street, which is even better.

They definitely addressed a lot of the problems people have given in the reviews. The hotel was amazing. It was spacious, clean, had clean towels, the bed was comfortable, and the rooftop pool was perfect with towels available up there. I reserved through Airbnb and their response time was almost immediate and was able to buy early check-in, and the staff on site were also very kind. I would say that their email response time was slow. If you want a cleaning service, you would probably have to email them a week ahead or just call them. It seems they updated the passcode by requiring it only for the room and not the elevators so they addressed any complaints about that. I reserved a week with a balcony view queen bed and the price was extremely reasonable, the balcony is clean, and Airbnb also informed that there is no microwave and just a small coffee pot with the fridge. Overall perfect, with great restaurants nearby and on-time bus that goes to the beach.

The check in and check out process was very easy as a we were getting in from a late flight! Room was very clean. Front desk was welcoming and helpful. Bathroom was nice and new as well!

NO ROOFTOP BAR AND MAIN RESTAURANT! Closed a month ago and no one mentioned it. Also door code didn't work. Had to sit on the hallway floor for 30 min while the guy on the phone tried to figure it out
