Sketchy and low quality. Carpet is worn out and rooms are tiny. Shower is tiny. Terrible

Just ok. Glad we stayed only 2 nights. The rooms are small for a family of 4.

Visit date: May 2026 Stayed here for 5 nights during the Memorial Day weekend. Rates were relatively high given the limited hotel selection in this area; I booked through a third-party (Agoda) which advertised the lowest rate but it was still not cheap. The rooms were okay, nothing wrong with them, but for the price point you'd expect something nicer. They did have a large mini-fridge in the bathroom, but NO microwave. I was on the west side so I only had a view of the road. The breakfast was not great, I would've liked to see more of a selection of foods and beverages available. The weekend dinner was excellent though; that I would entirely recommend. Parking was not included at all and was an extra $25/night. This was unfortunate. The staff/housekeeping/facilities people were stellar so no complaints there. I did think it was nice that the hotel basically had its own private beach; that was awesome. Giving it 4/5 stars only because some minor improvements could be made but if you can book far enough to get a good rate I would wholly recommend this as a lesser-expensive hotel

Parking is another costly charge per day. Pool closed. Towels beat up rags. Okay to stay one night close to airport.

Central location on the water was relaxing and calming. The Front Desk and Van Driver staff were especially kind. Also having laundry and fitness facilities was really helpful for my 3- night stay!

Bed bugs in the mattress, cockroaches in the room, and feces in the hallway that me and my fiancé stepped in. The hotel charged my card $118 without asking, claiming it was for “fees” when asking later. Poor communication and will not be returning. The hotel trip ruined our Hawaii experience. See the attached photos of my back being bit up by the bed bugs, and the feces in the hallways.

Run away !! The hotel does not look like the pictures ! We paid $500 for 2 nights and the pools was not even open. No information was disclosed on that matter! You get the surprise when you arrive. The solution ? Access to the pool to another outside of the hotel… what a waste ! Moreover, they charge you $25/night for parking !! At least you should do that free since you can’t even get the pool Finally, once you get in the rooms you immediately feel the smell of humidity in the room and how old the bedding is !!! Run away and take an Airbnb if you don’t want to pay for a resort !! It will be worth it since nothing is like a hotel here ! @MauiBeachHotel, I am waiting for you to come back to me and find a solution. This is a trip all the way from France and you disappointed me a lot

Microwave pictures in the photos seems like it’s in room but it’s in common area where washer dryer is placed and that room is filled with detergent smell. Asked for extra cups to warm some water ,without even checking receptionist said we are out of cups. Came back to room after a long day to unfinished room service.Toiletry was thrown in a corner Irony of this hotel is felt like we are staying in a motel, named as a Hotel but collecting resort fee. Such a small room hardly any extra space to walk and open the checkin bag completely at the same time. Both the Stars for the location, closer proximity for many happening places.

Avoid this hotel at all costs; it is an absolute nightmare. When we checked in, the staff took our credit card and charged us for parking and amenities without saying a single word about it. There was zero transparency, and they casually swiped our card and slapped us with unexpected hidden fees without our verbal consent. This deceptive practice set the tone for what turned out to be an incredibly disappointing and frustrating experience. The accommodations were completely unacceptable and felt closer to a run-down motel than a 3-star property. The first room they gave us was horrible—it was dingy, faced a busy road, and had a terrible smell. It was so bad that my sister's allergies flared up within just 10 minutes of being inside. When we asked to switch, the second room was the exact same story. It was just as smelly, dark, and even had visible rust on the fixtures. The conditions were so unbearable and unkept that spending even an hour there felt impossible. We had originally booked a two-night stay, but we couldn't stand being there for more than an hour. We immediately checked out, left the property, and booked an Airbnb instead. The only saving grace of the entire situation was that management did agree to refund us for the second night. Still, please save your money and stay far away from this hotel. It is genuinely better to sleep in your car than to subject yourself to staying here.

Very disappointing experience. I booked and prepaid my stay through Expedia, but the hotel charged me again for the same reservation. Since then, I have sent multiple emails trying to resolve the issue, and nobody has responded or taken responsibility. Customer service has been completely unacceptable. A billing mistake can happen, but ignoring a guest who is trying to resolve a double charge is not acceptable. I expected much better professionalism and communication. Until this issue is resolved and the duplicate charge is refunded, I cannot recommend staying here.

Surprisingly I’m quite surprised on how unorganized staff was. Stayed there many times and never been insulted with the spelling of my name by one staff and called a lair by another. If you should stay and require a receipt, it’s best to ask for a paper copy

Booked and paid for my stay online and when I got there it mentioned they have a $20 per night service charge…..oh yeah parking is additional per night as well. Pictures online look nothing in person.
