Between the lack of amenities, the location and the fact that is is so close to a gentleman’s club that I can hear the music in my room please don’t stay here please spend a few extra dollars to stay anywhere else

The only thing I did not like is the water was not hot in the shower but fortunately we are in summer.

Besides the outside of the building looking like it's under construction and a little confusing on where to enter the lobby, the inside of the place is nice, the staff wasn't very helpful and when I asked about a ice machine, was told to go to the 2nd floor, but the ice machine wasn't working, went back down to the desk and was told I had to plug it in and unplug it after, it would of been nice to be told that when they sent me upstairs to get the ice, and come to find out, there is a ice machine on the 1st floor that works without being a maintenance person

Would never recommend this place management. Lied. To. Me on two occasions.. To refund my money for over $85.00. The reservation was cancelled with in the hour . And agreed to refund my money. This has been close to a month ago. I've called many times been back to the hotel. Again last contact he said he emailed . Booking .com. Spoke to booking .com they have not gotten any response from management. NOT TO MENTION THE PHONE NUMBER LISTED HAS RANG BUSY FOR A MONTH. .

The hotel is nice but the management of the hotel is not. Staff at front desk Is not very helpful and was rude and ignores you if you have a problem.

Great staff really enjoyed our time here

First of all the rooms were beautiful and clean ,the pool too and it’s 30 mins away from Clearwater Beach and around other beaches as well as well as a lot of springs and restaurants! The bad part about this hotel was that the tall young African American lady with the glasses that works at the front line of the hotel,I guess some nights especially on may 15, she was rude and had an huge attitude towards all her guests and I would not recommend asking this lady for nothing she’s unwilling too help ! Even the other lady at the front desk had to tell her to pipe down with her attitude and strong words of mouth!! Like what kind of person hired her to work here! That is bad for business! Second the tv was not working at all for 2 days! I stayed 3 nights with my child ! And the last night that I stayed somebody shattered wine or beer bottles around my car and under my tires seems like they did it on purpose like they wanted to trash my car or something not sure if it was a black car next to us that did it or a random person but it didn’t seem like it was an accident at all !! but the obvious is the obvious, It’s not really safe to stay at this hotel and my child could have stepped on the glass , my tire almost got poped because of the glass was right below my tires !! it’s ridiculous. I can only assume it was The lady who was rude to me at the front desk because I gave her an attitude back !! She knew exactly what my car looked like after all she asked what kind of car I’m in anyway at check in and this happened the morning I had to check in !! Third there’s no microwave in the rooms it’s outside the hall away and there’s no laundry rooms or business center or breakfast at this hotel like they advertised! I’m guessing they’re working on getting these amenities, but they shouldn’t be advertising them at this hotel. They don’t have them yet.! Like I said go hotel was wonderful to stay in. The rooms were clean and fancy the pool was great. The location was wonderful. It is a gem but as long as they have employees who are like this working at the front desk it’s not a safe environment for guests or other employees!! I said what I said to warn others and the owner of the safety issue with this employee so that others and this business won’t be affected !! It’s a pleasant hotel but if you have someone working at your hotel that works at the desk suppose to be offering front line customers services that’s a safe issue and bad service then people are not going to come back even if your hotel is beautiful!! Investing in the wrong employees are a down fall to your profits!! I would have kept her in a housekeeping position or not hired her at all !!

Waited half an hour for someone to show up to the front desk so I could check in. There was construction that took up at least a quarter of the parking. There was construction rooms were basic with no table or chairs. The bed was thin and uncomfortable no hand soap in the bathroom and the hallways reeked of marijuana.

I’m going to be very honest the room itself is immaculate and beautiful. I was surprised to see that the building was under construction when I pulled up. I had called 1 million times previously before booking to see if there was any Construction going on, but no one answers the phone then come to find out the phone number on Google is different from the phone number of the hotel but anyhow that’s a whole Nother story. Anyways, the check-in process was pretty easy. Front Desk does not seem very knowledgeable. The lady who checked in was very kind of out of sorts. I was actually standing behind the customer she was helping, and she was having a hard time finding the reservation, I guess and she asked him was his last name mine meaning she spelled out my last name to him and I was like well actually that’s me..lol But anyways, she was a sweet girl just did not know anything. That’s the best way to put it kind of gave dumb blonde energy. I’m not taking this serious energy. The lobby was extremely hot. I didn’t like the fact that the hundred dollar deposit had to be on the card and I didn’t find out about $100 deposit until I got to the desk because again you can’t get anyone on the phone and there’s no receipt of the hundred dollar deposit being taken as well just to let you know so I check into my room and the state was perfect. My flight ended up getting delayed and instead of me checking out I decided to extend the room and I did not know that I would then again have to pay a whole another hundred dollar deposit fine I paid it anyway I didn’t feel like moving all my things back to the car to go to another room because I need to remind you that they had no trolley or Dolly or anything to transport your items from your car to the room and later on that day after I checked in the elevators were closed down so you basically had to walk up the stairs I was Upset about that it kind of pointed me into just stay put, but I did want to check out. I just wasn’t feeling the customer service. i’ll be honest the room was beautiful. The bed was comfortable. I did see one roach. When it finally came time for me to check out because I was not gonna keep paying deposits to extend, I just wanted to check out and get gone lol this isn’t a hotel. I normally stay in. I pretty much just took a chance because Marriott was book. But honestly, I really loved the hotel but I just wouldn’t return. I don’t think I don’t like the hundred dollar deposit situation because I didn’t even get one of my deposits back my Actually have to dispute it through the bank to get it. and I left out the part that during my check-in with the girl who just didn’t know anything, she answered the phone While checking me in, and there was actually a guest on the phone who was having an issue with his deposit, not being refunded. and not only that after she checked me in, she said my room number out loud and by that time the lobby was pretty much filling up. I kind of didn’t like that being that I work in the industry and I know we’re not supposed to say room numbers out loud when there are other people in the room when checkout day came it was a hassle. I had to actually request a late check-in because the elevator still were down, and I had to physically walk all of my items downstairs and mind you, the building is hot. The rooms are cooled, of course cause we have a sea, but once you step out your room door, you’re gonna be hot so I had to make about four trips up and down the stairs. …. If it wasn’t for the deposit situation, I probably would’ve came back because I really like the inside of the room disregarding the one roach I seen, the customer service turned me all the way off in the fact that elevators are closed down, randomly due to construction is a huge inconvenience. I feel like this hotel could really be a top-tier hotel if they got new staff or trained the new staff, but I feel like new staff that’s on kind of like the Marriott or Hilton level would take this hotel to the next level because the designs of the room are 🔥
