Coratel Inn & Suites Maple Grove

It was located close to where we needed to be, easily accessible to freeway entrance / exit. Next door to Perkins. Inexpensive.

I just really liked customer service /the cleaningness of the rooms /comfortable beds /not noisy/great help even with a late check in like after 12am check in. I highly recommend for the price I said I was going to leave a good review as I was leaving. It's great location to downtown to concert venues

Zero mention of a check in time, but when you arrive they will tell you it's not ready and you've got to wait. Cheap trashy hotel/motel emphasis on the CHEAP.

Pretty nasty place. I had cockroaches in my room. They employee Chris is very rude and miserable. The owners hide behind her so they have no responsiblity. I stayed there for weeks. I had limited funds and was in town to work. The cleaners would come in my room when I wss gone,when i asked that they dont. I smoked at the time so I didnt mind the smell of cig smoke. There is no breakfast or coffee. My ac and heater didnt work. Had to use electric heater. The cleaners there had 5 dogs that stayed in the room with them. They crapped all over the yard. Anyways. Nasty place,rude owners and employees. If you are broke stay with the roaches. If not, find another place.

Don’t go to this motel they ask for a $100 cash-only deposit, which you only find out about *after* you’ve booked and paid for the room. The whole place reeks of cigarette smoke, luckily, the room smelled a bit less. The bedding was dirty and stained. I met two different receptionists, both extremely unpleasant, one worse than the other. Honestly, just because of their attitude, if I hadn’t already paid, I would have gone somewhere else. Definitely a motel to avoid, if you ask me.

Everything you truly need. A clean bed, shower, bathroom. Plus a microwave and a fridge for an amazingly reasonable rate.

Make sure to ask if yer room has a tub or shower.. ask if it has a hair dryer if needed. My lighting on my second stay is horrible. I like to use them for multiple things like drying hand washed items and such. They do not serve coffee as advertised. But the rooms are comfortable. Staff is generous and nice. A 30 min walk to the central park of maple grove which is beautiful. Rooms are very cheap. Make sure to have a 100 dollar CASH deposit at check-in. If you use a booking company. It might not be mentioned

BUYER BEWARE. BUYER BEWARE!!!! I booked the Coratel Inn MN online for a work trip using my company card. After booking, I received a message from the property saying they required a $100 cash deposit, refundable only after they “inspected” the room — and they refused to accept a card. This was never stated clearly at the time of booking and completely unreasonable for business travelers. The woman at the front desk was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. I explained my situation in detail and remained polite, but she showed zero empathy or concern. Her tone was condescending, and she seemed to take satisfaction in making things difficult. When I tried to ask calmly what could be done, she hung up on me mid-conversation. Other reviews echo the tale of Ms. Disrespect, time and time again. The lack of professionalism, compassion, or even basic courtesy was unacceptable. Do not be fooled by the low price — this property’s practices are misleading and the staff’s behavior reflects a total disregard for their guests I would be willing to change my review if management would like to make things right.l, but, I do not have confidence. It seems this property is perfectly content with racking up negative reviews and continuing unethical practices.
