I stayed from 02/01/26 to 02/04/26, and they charged me $533 at check-in. I was confused; I thought it was an authorization that would clarify later. When I contacted them about the charge, they told me via email that I broke a TV, which is a lie. I tried to get in touch with them, but nobody answered my emails. I have my bank records showing they charged me at check-in, not at check-out, as they claim. They fake charges to steal from their customers. I'm still waiting for their response. Update: 06/16/26 I reached out as someone recommended; however, they don't see the proofs I have. They keep saying I damaged a TV and are charging me for it. I have attached part of my bank statement so everyone can see that they would make fake charges, and nobody will help you. I should have complained sooner when I saw the charges. We're in the US, and you don't expect hotels to scam you. From now on, I'll take videos whenever I'm in a hotel.

We want to thank Johana for the wonderful welcome she gave us from the moment we arrived. Her kindness, attentiveness, and helpfulness during the check-in process made everything very easy and enjoyable. As for the accommodation, everything was great. The place met our expectations; it was comfortable and in good condition. Thank you, Johana, for your excellent service and hospitality.

I was very disappointed with my stay. The rooms are not as advertised and look much different from the photos online. The pool area is also not what it appears to be in the pictures. Housekeeping was inconsistent and did not come to clean the room during my stay. If you are assigned a room near the pool, be prepared for loud music blasting early in the morning, which made it difficult to sleep. Customer service was also lacking. Calls to the front desk often went unanswered, forcing me to use my personal cell phone to try to reach someone. The air conditioning repeatedly stopped working, and when maintenance was contacted, it took an unreasonably long time for someone to respond. Overall, the property did not meet expectations, and the lack of responsiveness from staff made the experience even more frustrating. I wouldn’t stay here ever again.
