Very nice, love the concept. Only thing is wish there was a phone to call front desk somewhere in hall. got looked out of room and didn't have phone. had to walk down from 4th floor in a rob to get a key.

Everything was clean. Bathrooms are separate from toilet. There isn’t an elevator and the ceilings to the rooms are open and with the rooms being small you can hear everything. It is in a great location. It’s probably only good for one night.

I very much enjoy staying at your property. I wish the rates didn't vary so much week to week as I would always stay there when I came into the city. It would be great if you offered or had a frequent client discount or program. Thanks Patrick Kinsella

I stayed there in October 2025. First of all, I wouldn't recommend this hotel to people with claustrophobia or those sensitive to noise. When trying to sleep, you can hear phone conversations and YouTube videos leaking in. Even with earplugs, the noise still leaks through. At its worst, you can even hear farts. On the positive side, the bathrooms (handwashing area, toilet, shower, etc.) are cleaned very well every day. The shower takes quite a while for the hot water to come on, but it's better than nothing. Amenities weren't specifically mentioned, so I brought my own, but they had a toothbrush (Colgate), a shaver, and a hairdryer. Are these still available? I would appreciate it if you could let me know.

I stayed here because it was an affordable place to stay after a concert at Webster Hall, as I traveled from upstate and didn't want the long late-night commute. I also loved the option of staying on a Women+ floor as a first time female solo traveler. The hotel is in a great location- close to the subway, lots of great restaurants, shops, thrifting, etc (I stopped at Ippudo for dinner and Noho Food Market for breakfast, highly recommended both). I felt comfortable walking alone at night. You had the option of checking in on a tablet or with an employee. I didn't have any real contact with the staff, but from what I saw they were helpful and accommodating (I saw one staff member stop his duties to help someone with luggage, which I thought was nice). Checking in on the tablet was super easy. You are given the option to put your room key in your digital wallet, which was cool. The room was just as advertised. Small, but perfect if you're just looking to crash for a night. Very clean. Bed was narrow but comfortable & very soft. The comforter was too thin for me but I'm sure you could ask for an extra blanket. In theory this place is great, but when it comes time to actually stay here is when the problems start. There is no food allowed in the rooms (which is understandable, the ceiling is open and food can be smelly) but I was really looking forward to a late night snack with some netflix in my room post-concert. I used the single bathroom and single shower at the end of my hall, so I can't speak for the larger main bathroom & shower area. The bathroom was cleanish- some stains on the walls but overall ok. The shower had gobs of hair on the floor and lots of mildew in the tile grout. But this is my biggest complaint- NO HOT WATER!! After traveling all day and a metal concert my poor feet were dying for that hot shower. As for trying to sleep, aside from people quietly packing/unpacking, everyone was so quiet. The main problem is the doors slamming. The doors are very heavy and are loud even if you try to slowly close them. The dead bolts are very noisy. The interior lock is very noisy. So that's 3 loud bangs every time someone opens a door. The doors to the stairwell slam all. night. long. The cleaning staff are not quiet when cleaning rooms, banging the little carpet cleaner into the walls (also side note- there were male staff cleaning on the Women+ floor, I could see how that would be an issue for some people). You definitely need to utilize the sound machine on the highest setting and the earplugs. Definitely not the greatest nights sleep. I checked out on the tablet, which was very easy. I can't speak for the other amenities (the lounge, etc) as I didn't go farther than the hall my room was in. If you simply need a place to crash, this hotel could be for you. But those gobs of shower hair will haunt me in my sleep.
