Club Orlando

Unfair treatment and loss of a long time patron!!! I have been coming here for 5 years and know the staff well. EVERY time I come here, I have always enjoyed several blunts/vapes while relaxing in the smoking areas; as have countless others in the presence and sight of all the coworkers and manager. Today I was approached and told to stop smoking my blunt by a familiar coworker and I was flabbergasted. I was outside smoking for 15 minutes around a group of guys and after enjoying himself 2 seats down while watching me smoke, a gentleman in his 50s left and then I was approached by the staff. He was the only one to leave the group after I started smoking...apparently he complained and the rule had to be enforced by the staff. A TROLL PRUDE HAS RUINED MY EXPERIENCE AND I AM NEVER RETURNING. Why would I come back and risk having another complaint? I come to enjoy the 6 hour time span and part of that is enjoying a smoke. If you are going to enforce rules, they need to be enforced 24/7 by all members and not selective. I will not "be discreet" or do it "in a hidden corner where nobody can see". Yes the sign is posted out front, but every bar and gay club in Orlando allows smoking outside on their private property if there is outside space. I spend money on cabs, the room, the supplies, and the one day membership to enjoy my day here, instead of patronizing other establishments I had options to go to like Hank's or Barcodes. Now the money I spent for the day is wasted and I am forced to go home and stay inside all day instead of enjoying the beautiful weather outside and companionship of like minded guys. And the guy decided to leave right away after instead of asking me to stop smoking or risk being confronted. So he got the finish he wanted while watching me, and then decided to be a girl about it.

I really enjoyed it, the staff were amazing to me. Americans in general are very polite, I will be back!

First time at club Orlando last night from Tampa place was very clean and fun definitely will be coming back again soon.

The place is okay, and the amenities are decent, though they could use some upgrades. The main issue is the staff’s attitude and overall customer service. In my experience across multiple visits, the staff hasn’t been very friendly and can come across as dismissive at times. I think management would benefit from investing in stronger customer service training. As paying customers, a welcoming and respectful experience should be part of what’s offered. Aside from that, it’s an alright spot, but it sometimes feels like they rely on having limited competition in the area, which isn’t ideal.

Always crowded during the weekend

This place has a team of men who steal from me this is the second time the font desk has charged me 56$ for room 134 then say it's 24 hours and only let me stay 3 in room 134 my name is christin Williams I am a 36 year old disabled homeless student at full sail and these people have people doing phases when I come there and harass the people

Do I need to bring anything to wear inside the facilities? Do you provide towels upon entry? What is the dress code when walking around the premises? Nude or with a towel? What is the price to use the hot tub and steam saunas? Thank you in advance for your attention. I would like to go tomorrow after 5 pm.

Dang I was in town tonight and wanted to check the place out. I called to get pricing and was told its a no towels thing tonight. I'm a big guy that never takes my shirt off so that sucks that you dont have an option to leave a shirt or towel on guess I wont get to check the place out.

It is so great to revisit here, always have a good time! Never disappointed. Only one thing, where to see events schedule?
