Kimpton Palomar Phoenix

Five 🌟✨💫⭐️🌠 for the hotel front desk person named Drake! He got us in our room early and gave great personal recommendations for where to go and for the hotel pool and food. That’s where we met Zaylen, who was so personable and put up the umbrella for us. She recommended the mayonnaise with the shrimp ceviche, which was absolutely delicious; we’ll definitely try that again and come back to stay for sure. Highly recommend the whole experience!

You can’t beat the hospitality here - it’s more than just a stay; it’s an experience. Paired with a prime downtown Phoenix location, it’s hard to top.

Great location across from the suns stadium. Food was good and roosm were clean. Parking is a bit awkward as all downtown parking can me. Valet is pricey.

Love staying here rooms are always clean, front desk is friendly and helpful. I’ve stayed here for a girls trip and also with my family so it’s good for either occasion.

Updated review 3/2026: We had a fabulous stay. The hotel manager personally ensured my husband’s birthday celebration weekend was a success. The room set up and service during our stay was top notch! The location of the Palomar always makes for a great stay and this was the icing on top.

Great location to Chase Field, rooms are nice and the property is very well maintained. Be prepared to see lots of homeless people.

Had a great experience here while attending a conference. Good location in downtown, walkable to many shops and restaurants and right on public transit line. Rooms are very nice and spacious and the rooftop pool and bar are exquisite!

Ryan was very warm and welcoming and helped answer all my questions! He helped load our baggage and took it to our room before we finished parking! Can’t say enough about his fantastic service.

We had a fabulous stay at the Kimpton Hotel Palomar Phoenix. We arrived early on a Sunday, and our room was ready. The hotel is beautiful and looks like it has been updated recently. Our room was huge! The pool was nicely shaded and the staff was very kind and helpful. The location is perfect. I really liked the restaurant, Blue Hound, and there are lots of other great places to eat all around. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our date weekend on the 4th of July 250 was outstanding. From checking in to checking out by Dillion, bar service at the Blue Hound with Julius, to our room being spotless with a great city scape great view, and finished with outstand food from room service we could have not asked for a better holiday weekend.
