Bryce was fantastic! He went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience during our stay. He was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with any questions we had. It’s clear he genuinely cares about guests and takes pride in providing excellent service. His positive attitude and attention to detail made our stay even more enjoyable. Danny, the front desk agent, made my stay exceptional. His work ethic, professionalism, and positive attitude definitely deserve recognition. From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure everything was taken care of and made me feel welcomed. His energy and spirit brought a lot of excitement to my Arizona trip and truly enhanced my overall experience. Employees like Danny are a huge asset, and I greatly appreciate the outstanding service he provided.

Arrival 5/27/2027 After a long day of traveling, I was welcomed with some of the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. Jessica at the front desk was kind, professional, incredibly welcoming, and made the check-in process seamless. She provided all the information I needed clearly and made what could have been an exhausting day feel genuinely pleasant. Exceptional customer service is hard to come by, and Jessica truly made a lasting impression. She is a wonderful reflection of this establishment, and I hope she gets the recognition she deserves. Update - Departure 5/30/2026 Thank you, Palomar! I had an amazing stay at this hotel. From the smooth and easy check-in process to the delicious breakfast, everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and made the experience feel warm from start to finish. A special thank you to Bryce for making check-out so seamless and pleasant. After a long trip, those small moments of kindness and professionalism really stand out, and Bryce made leaving just as easy as arriving. Whenever I’m back in town, I will absolutely make Palomar my temporary home. The customer service here is truly unmatched

Everything was terrific, and Bryce at the front desk was particularly kind and helpful. Great location, price value, amenities, restaurant, complimentary coffee, and happy hour appreciated. Huge thumbs up and again kudos to Bryce for his stellar customer service..

Had a few challenges with our corporate billing upon arrival and departure. Bryce (at the front desk) took the time to try to assist within his power. He was attentive, patient, and generally helpful despite the mess up from billing department. Even after I spoke with another front desk personnel (who took my information from my company for payment and emailed) the hotel still did not honor nor asked if everything was sufficient upon check out - other than Bryce. He was a shining star of my brief stay!

The hotel itself was very good...no complaints at all.......the valet service was top notch. Dom, the valet had our car in no time and was very pleasant to deal with.....The only problem was that when I got back home from my vacation, I received a bill for items (alcohol, non-alcohol beverages, snacks, etc) that my wife or I did not take. I have tried to reach someone at the hotel to no avail. I even left a message on their machine for a call-back and did not receive one!

From the moment we checked in with Peter at the front desk (actually, from the car trying to find out where to park) to the last moment of checkout, our stay at the Kimpton Palomar was one of the best hotel experiences we’ve ever had! Whether I’ve checked in to a domestic or international hotel, I’ve never encountered a higher level of customer service than here at this property. Peter made our trip so enjoyable! Will definitely return the next time we’re in Phoenix.

Updated review: After a not-so-great experience our first stay, Spencer reached out to us wanting to make things right. I appreciate this level of professionalism and commitment to a satisfactory guest experience. We come to PHX regularly for events, friends, and general leisure. Having a hotel that is reliable, professional, friendly, and provides exceptional service is crucial for us when we stay as a couple. Donna & Spencer comped us a suite to come back and make up for the previous experience we had. I will say the check-in process was a bit long, simply because our reservation was split into 2, but after that things have been extremely smooth. The suite was very clean, far away from noisy neighbors, and has a beautiful view of downtown. It does get a bit loud late at night due to the area & streetcar. But they provide you with everything you need for a smooth stay here. I especially love the complimentary tickets to events, the social hour drinks and bites, hotel events, and rooftop pool & bar here. Since it’s Memorial Day weekend, they are PACKED with so many things to do at the hotel, so we don’t even have to leave to have a fun-filled weekend for our staycation! I am very grateful they took the time and effort to make it up to us. We are loyal customers now and will continue to come back.
