During my stay at this resort, I left notes in both English and Spanish regarding a few requests, and I was truly impressed by the outstanding hospitality I received. Kathy went far above and beyond in every way. She is an incredibly kind, hardworking, and attentive professional who pays close attention to even the smallest details. Her dedication, care, and commitment to excellence are truly remarkable. The level of service she provides is exceptional, and the pride she takes in her work is evident in everything she does. It is rare to encounter someone with such genuine passion for hospitality and customer care. I wanted to take a moment to recognize Kathy for her outstanding efforts. Words cannot fully express my gratitude for everything she has done during my stay. Under the Marriott brand, she represents the very best of what hospitality should be. Disappointing experience. After disputing a charge, management deactivated my room key while my belongings and pet were still inside the room. Poor communication, questionable billing practices, and an unprofessional response to a simple issue. I would not stay here again.

We stayed here for three nights and felt very comfortable. The room was spacious with a kitchenette, and everything was very clean and well-maintained. Breakfast was good, but there were only bagels, no toast. Getting a lounger or seat by the pool requires a bit of luck. The hotel is only a 10-minute walk from the 44th St Skytrain station; in other words, PHX is very easy to reach.

Great hotel close to the airport and airline staff friendly! Always helpful and flexible with changes on check-in/out.

Excellent hotel. Friendly, helpful staff, clean and spacious rooms. I especially like they use Lyft for their airport shuttle.
