Body Work: An Introduction to Body Healing Arts

This workshop will offer self-regulation techniques & energetic hygiene practices, meditation and spiritualism rooted in filipino, chinese & indian cultural medicine. We may touch on self massage, energy clearing, breath work, divination and herbal remedies to soothe the body, mind & spirit. Come with an open heart, a curiosity for the unseen & an interest in connecting with the natural elements that are around us every day.
