My favorite motel in Sanford, NC. They even have cute little mini Dove shampoo, conditioner, & soaps.
I never stayed at roach motel nor even thought they even existed anymore. Do not book here save your money and your frustration. The worst place I ever stayed by far. The pool was cleaned everyday at 7am by a pool cleaner. Lots of Homeless people stay here. The rooms are all messed up And disgusting! We had to change our first room but the next two rooms they showed weren’t that different! Something broken in every room!!!!!! Do not stay here.
The location is great! I mean we are staying for a total of 4 nights, visit family and refusing to stay and someone else's home. First night checking in there is a sign to call a number bcs they went for change( is an hotel what change you need to get?) room floor was filthy, second night, our key didn't worked the second night, and tonight third night, key do not work and the I went to get change sign is up AGAIN, we called, and we have been waiting for over 15 mins for the person to arrive, another guest came for the ice machine, no worries Baymont we help your guest. Can't wait for night 4 surprise. These review will be updated. UPDATE Get ready, we come back and we see our windows open, weird because that indicates the room is empty, well we have no key since we forgot it. Well guess what, they thought we were on another room and someone else had left the stuff there, reasoning according to manager on duty Loki, well we keep the stuff for 2 nights and at the third we take it out...we go to the manager room and our stuff is there, and I ask, where is our fridge stuff, manager said to check the fridge, I think 🤔 that is weird if your cleaning team already cleaned that is gone, but I check, sure things are gone tell him and he needs to speak to the manager,but he things they can give me something for next time I stay, to what I say, "not happening, ever" comes back and we'll I have a 20 cash, I mean is not even the price of the stuff but I just want to shower, took the money and say OK. Sorry but 1) we paid 4 nights and we get the last night our stuff touched by your staff and robbed 2) your offer is next time you stay, who will stay here again after all the hassle 3) I m still trying to find all the stuff I had So no, avoid the stress people and avoid these place, and I believe Loki the manager on duty is the less to blame, but Sharon the one that check us in in the wrong room in the system, (making sense to why our key was getting disabled since nobody was staying in that room) is to blame.
For the price rooms are very nice and clean.
Friendly desk staff. Clean room, comfortable bed, would stay again
Staff housekeeping location room everything was just better than most of the hotels I've ever stayed at would recommend
