The place is not secure. They allow theft in their facility and outside and don't pursue criminal activity with auto break ins. For the cost they charge, I'm sure they could put up security cameras at the very least or have a security greeter to make sure all patrons feel safe while inside. They'll make you sign waivers but for them, it seems like a one way street. Avoid this place

We booked a birthday party for my son’s 12th. Online booking was easy to navigate. I booked the Epic package, which advertises a room, 2 hours (1 for play and 1 for food). Paid a $70 deposit at the time of booking. Communication prior to the event was good. They recommend you show up 30 min before your reservation time. Day of we arrived at 3:30 for our 4pm reservation and checked everyone in. I paid the remainder of the balance. They asked me if I wanted to pay the tip now or after the party. Choose to pay upfront. The employee turned the screen toward me and they had pre-suggested amounts on the screen. I added a 20% tip which came to $70. That seemed steep to me but I didn’t know what was involved with service. In hindsight I should have paid the tip at the end of the party. The host pointed to an upstairs area and said your room is upstairs. They didn’t take us to the “room” so we had no idea where our section was. There’s not actually a room. It’s an open space with a bunch of tables right next to each other. The floor had spills and trash laying around. The table coverings had holes in them. It looked a hot mess. We just took 2 tables…still didn’t know where we were supposed to be. We had a few kids show up at 4:30. They were trying to turn them away because the park was closing at 6pm for a private party. This was the first time we were informed the park would be closing 3 hours early. I was trying to work it out so the kids could stay but in the end they left. Around 5:30 after no service, no check-in and no food or drinks, I went down to speak to the manager. I informed that we hadn’t had any service. The next day I saw a charge on my card for the kids who showed up late and did not stay (an addt’l $300+). I’ve reached out to their customer service email and have called and still waiting for a response. Overall from a parent perspective, a terrible experience. Overpriced, non-existent service, dirty facilities and then being charged over $700 for 11 kids/2 hours of play time.

Love this place for me and my two kids to get out energy and have fun, especially on weekdays wheb its quieter. So many activities and things to do. They routinely replace worn down equipment and update items. I always try to get a work out in from running and jumping along with my kiddos (though I take it easier as I'm getting older to avoid injury). Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. We've visited 10x times and have a membership.

Guest Vaccination proof required. Which is great but what about staff vax status. Dont need unvaccinated staff mingling with unmasked little children. If unvaccinated should not be on floor.

I am the Vice-President for a non-profit football team in Renton, WA. We serve over 100 low-income families through scholarships and donations. We have 200 kids every year who play football for 12 weeks. After a long season, we like to celebrate by throwing an end of the year party. On Oct 19th I left a voice message for Nicole the event manager for the Defy in Tukwila. I followed up with an email. After not hearing anything for two days, I contacted Defy. They gave me another email for Nicole. On Oct 28th, I finally received an email from Nicole. I sent a follow up email with additional questions. No response. So, I sent another email asking when I could confirm and make payment. It took two days to receive a response about why the pricing was different for the Tukwila location vs. the Tacoma location – however, she did not provide a quote or contract for payment. I asked her to give me a call – no reply. On October 30th, I literally had to go in person to speak to Josh the manager in Tukwila to for him to then text Nicole to call me to confirm our reservation. The management staff also complained and stated other customers have complained of the same issue when trying to book with that Nicole. Even after having the manager text the event coordinator, I still did not receive a call. On Monday, November 1st. Nicole sent me an email stating we’re booked and sent an invoice for $4,000 dollars. Then another one for $0 dollars. Not at any point did she give me a call to confirm how many jumpers we had, if I had any logistic questions. Nor to explain pricing. It took me over a week and a half, with me sending a million emails and stopping by the location, and the manager texting just to get an invoice – that was still incorrect. Due to out season ending before we could confirm. We had to cancel our end of year celebration thanks to the lack of professionalism and communication from Defy. Nicole’s lack of performance costed your company around $8,000 dollars. We not only had 120 kids attending but those kids also had siblings whose parents wanted to pay for them jump. I have notified all the parents in our organizations not to do business with Defy in Tukwila. The fact that all your employees, and management knows that your event coordinator is impacting your business and is yet choose to do nothing to correct the issue shows that you organization does not care about your customers experience at your locations. Each employee I spoke too, knew that this was an issue and never once got a general manager or even called Nicole. They literally told me they never have met her, nor have your contact information.

It has a good variety of activities (trampoline, bouldering, zipline, ninjas course, performance trampolines, parkour area). However, the ninja course was hard for kids to do as most of the obstacles were quite high. The warped wall is very hard to get up in socks. It is a bit costly to do but we did get the full time we paid for. Also parkour area is hard to do in socks as the grips did grip enough.

The trampoline park is huge! It is way more than just trampolines too! They have all kinds of fun to do. It is a great exercise and gets the all kids energy out. They slept so well after going here.

The trampoline park was great but I paid for 2 hours and they only gave us an hour and 40 minutes. I am not sure how they track the time but it is definitely not when you get on the floor. I left feeling like it wasn't worth the price.

There is absolutely no better excursion than a trip to Flying Circus for kids. My two 11 year-olds attended a birthday party at Flying Circus on a Friday and spend the entire weekend begging to go back :) Highly recommend!
