Arrived at 2:25pm just to have them say that their amenities are closed, even though it says on the information at their website or on the information on the Google Maps that they're open till 4:30pm So yeah, there's that don't understand why my pregnant girlfriend and I couldn't take a shower when we're 5 minutes early even though we didn't know we had to be here that early because it didn't say that. So yeah, there's that, I guess the only plus is that the security guard is cool, yeah, give another review on it when I get in there tomorrow.
The Urban Rest Stop is very stereotypical of an organization that works with homeless people. They see homeless as a person and not a situation. There is no compassiom...No empathy.....They treat you as less than a human the moment you walk through the door. They have the attitude that it's them against you and they are ready to battle. How dare you have an opinion? How dare you have a suggestion? I think overall the organization is part of the problem when it comes to eliminating homelessness. They aren't helping you as a their mission that forms their operations. Your need is none of their concern. It's about getting that Government funds at the top. It's really disgusting and absolutely the opposite of what people who are experiencing homelessness need.
We’ve been using Urban Rest Stop Care Porta Potty Portable Rentals Toilet service for our construction site, and they have been incredibly reliable. Their maintenance schedule is consistent, and the units stay clean despite heavy use. Highly recommended for any project manager.
