Decent food and free drinks! Clean and comfortable rooms.
We always love staying at the Arch location when coming to Cardinal games. The arch is out the window, Busch stadium is a 5 min walk. We always feel safe here. The staff is over the top friendly and helpful. Rooms are always ready and clean. The free kick back dinner and free breakfast are always delicious, hot, and served with a smile. Kudos to the breakfast ladies, so very kind- as well as the managers walking around helping and making sure everything is going well.
My son's and I went to the Drury Inn at the arch for an overnight trip. The microwave didnt work we only tried to use it once. Didn't have to because I brought chicken with me and they have awesome kickback. The pool was too packed. So we leave at check out then I noticed them trying to charge my card. They trying to say I trashed the room and smoked in it. What the hell. I never smoked in any room through away a cigar packet in the trash. But the tape will show me going in and out of the hotel to smoke even made videos outside smoking. So I will never go back and each year we do that 4 times a year
Only bad thing is Parking garage is across the street
My family stayed for 3 nights in June. The hotel felt very clean. Every employee that we encountered was wonderful. There are quite a few options for food and coffee within walking distance. There was plenty of food options at the hotel breakfast. We jam packed our stay with activities around the city so we didn't really have time to enjoy the kick back food and drinks but love that they offer it! It was our first time staying at a Drury hotel and we would definitely stay again!
Super convenient location to reach the arch, museums, and baseball game.
