SAGE Upstate

SAGE Upstate serves LGBTQ+ older adults across Central New York from the CNY Philanthropy Center at 431 East Fayette Street in Syracuse. The organization runs social gatherings, wellness and health programming, support groups, and provider training so that aging LGBTQ+ residents can find community and affirming services. It is part of the national SAGE network for LGBTQ+ elders.
