The wait staff and food are amazing

"Awesome high food quality restaurant to take significant others for events or occasions with very helpful, friendly and attentive service with classy and elegant environment and vibes.” I’ve been to Aqua by El Gaucho plenty of times in the past, but never really started doing reviews for Google until later on. My past experiences and this one on Mother’s Day have always been memorable with both family and friends. Aqua by El Gaucho has great vibes, aesthetics and décor along with super helpful and attentive staff and service. Food quality is superb, dishes taste great and the view along the Seattle waterfront is one not to be missed, especially during sundown. Heads up to the fellow sweet tooths out there. The "Chocolate Chip Cookie Sundae" is to die for. I highly suggest this restaurant for all your special occasions. Price range wise it is on the higher side, but this is an all-inclusive establishment and you really do get what you pay for. Reservations are highly encouraged, parking is limited, so please plan ahead. Valet parking is available.

We had an amazing experience on Mother’s Day, every single dish was masterfully prepared. The sea bass and especially black cod was chef kiss. The cocktails list was also very strong and the drinks exceeded expectations. Adam, our server, was also very on top of everything and did a great job with our gluten allergy. Added to the favorites list, we will be back!

Just an amazing meal!

I can't say enough good things about AQUA. Every aspect of the experience from start to finish was exquisite. We were celebrating our daughter's first marathon and the staff created personalized menus commemorating her accomplishment. The food, the service, the ambiance and the attention to detail were all world class.

My server, Bob noticed I was checking out my steak and quickly offered to exchange it so I would have a medium rare steak instead of the medium that was served up. Without his suggestion, I would’ve just continued eating the medium one with some disappointment. The steelhead was moist with a smoky flavor to it, and the asparagus were perfectly cooked, crunchy and sweet. The atmosphere overlooking Elliot Bay was as always spectacular. I was so glad they offered this during restaurant week. I normally don’t have desserts, but the sorbet was very tasty but prone to brain freeze if I ate it too fast.

It was my first time trying a 28 day dry aged New York strip and it was amazing! More tender and favorful than the regular filet. Service was impeccable!

We had a wonderful experience dining here. The food was excellent, and the ambiance was truly special, with a beautiful water view and live piano music that made the evening feel relaxing and memorable. Adam, our server, was friendly, polite, and attentive, which made the experience even better. We really enjoyed our time and would definitely come back.

Absolutely stellar views and staff is on point. Highly recommend hitting the bar or a full dinner. Try out the menu, they do some really lovely things with seafood and I've never had a bad time in almost 20 years.

My group had an awesome dinner here. The food was amazing and our waiter, Peter, was great. We would definitely go again!
