I am writing to share my experience with the Community of Hope clinic located in Ward ___, Washington, DC, in hopes that it leads to improvement in patient care. Unfortunately, my experience with several of the female providers felt judgmental and dismissive, particularly toward patients from this specific ward. This created an uncomfortable environment that did not feel supportive or patient-centered. Additionally, communication has been a consistent issue. Follow-ups are often delayed, and there is a noticeable lack of timely responses to patient concerns. On multiple occasions, I was left waiting extended periods for prescriptions to be sent, even after being properly diagnosed. These delays can be extremely frustrating and concerning, especially when dealing with ongoing or urgent health issues. Community of Hope serves an important role in this area, and I truly believe it has the potential to do better. I strongly encourage leadership to look into provider-patient interactions, responsiveness, and prescription processing times to ensure patients are treated with respect, dignity, and timely care.

11/5/25 The customer service here is just getting worse. I'm too far away to get to the office for a last minute appointment because they had a cancelation and the next available appointment is when I'm working, so I was told I will have to wait til the 19th to see my preferred provider, despite having a hole in the back of my throat. The rep was so non-chalant. Thanks for giving me hope!

I received excellent service from the time I walked in to the service received from my dentist Mr. Le and his amazing assistant. I also truly appreciate free ample parking in a well lit and very clean parking garage attached to the building. Great job to all!! Thank You!

Front desk staff for dental and medical can do a better job with speaking to patrons when they are entering the facilities I get the area is a little rough but sitting eating at your desk and not acknowledging me is super rude but I don’t expect much from these ppl

Today I had an appointment at this Community of Hope location. I usually go to the Adams Morgan location but they didn’t have any appointments today and I feel really sick of my stomach so I decided to go here. The doctor and the nurse were very nice but they told me to do labs and the lady there yelled at me from the moment she started showing me all the tests I have to do. She yelled at me “do you even speak English?” I think this lady didn’t want to see me as soon as she saw that I was Hispanic. Afterwards she simply told me that she couldn’t do all the labs and that she didn’t have everything I needed to see me. She is very rude she shouldn’t be working if she doesn’t like her job or if she doesn’t like othe people that doesn’t look like her.

The experience is beautiful!!!

They are so weird, the dentist do not care about the patients time, very unprofessional. They don't care about us.

I had the worst experience at this location for lab work. Very unprofessional, and not welcoming at all. Not only was my bloodwork lost and never turned in for reading. I was lied to for two weeks about my results not being read and the entire time it was lost.

the worst nurses there ever . it seem like every female had a attitude. i been coming here since i was a kid and these new aged staffed just be looking so over they job . they make you feel uncomfortable .
