I had an extraction today. Everyone worked together so beautifully. Ebay and her team are friendly and warming. They’re very professional and the team work is exceptional. Robert was so gentle with the extraction I didn’t feel a thing and it was quick also. 100% recommendations in my book.

There is care in every detail at Whitman-Walker. I went to MRC for my annual physical and a pre-surgical visit (back surgery merp) and had an unexpected EKG reading. I was walked through that stressful moment - assured I understood what came next. I met with a cardiologist who said I was within normal limits. I'm glad to have the baseline so if things change going forward I know WWH offered comprehensive and thoughtful care. I got my vaccines - blood draw and was good to go. Dr. Tanuja Devaraj is a kind physician with a great bedside manner. Highly recommend WWH.

The front desk staff is very judgemental. I ask them simple questions and they withhold information willingly. The nurses and doctors will happily make appointments and give you the runaround, and not get you healthy for chronic issues. Turnover is high. Some doctors treat you like a number. The pharmacy is great, and the dentist is cool, but if you need physical health, look somewhere else or else you will get stringed along and possibly die. If I could give a zero, I would.

Since I have started going to Max Robinson Center, my experiences have all been great. From the check in to my appointments with Dr. Britney Sims who is the best doctor I've had in a while. She is very professional, respectful and courteous and has been a great inspiration in helping me thru my diagnosis. I am very pleased with the level of care I have received and would not think of going anywhere else. Had it not been for Dr. Sims I probably would not be here today. So thank you Whitman Walker for having a doctor on your staff who truly cares and is attentive to her patients health and needs. Thank you very much.

Disappointing experience with the office. I scheduled a medical appointment weeks in advance and received a text 45 minutes before the appointment from MRC telling me to reschedule because the doctor was not in today. I understand things happen, but it would have been great if MRC could call and notify their patients more than 45 minutes in advance given I took the afternoon off from work and was already en route to the clinic. The scheduler from the clinic was not the friendliest. Through text, they offered a rescheduled time in three weeks that did not work with my schedule, and when I asked for a different date, they scheduled the appointment anyway. Other reviews of the clinic seem to mirror my experience. I will look elsewhere for a more reliable medical care provider and recommend others do the same.

After two years of some discomfort with a broken wisdom tooth, I finally decided it was time to get it removed. My visit with Dr. Buck was exceptional from beginning to end. The front desk representative Delia greeting me with a smile giving assurance my visit will be delightful. The dental assistant Ricki got me settled, seated and prepared for my extraction. Ricki was comforting she kept me smiling and laughing while I waited for the anesthesia to kick in. My procedure took about 40 minutes. I’m delighted to say I felt no pain during the procedure, other than the injection of the anesthesia I didn’t feel any puncturing on my gums, this to say the tooth was taken in three pieces. There was no soreness afterwards, there no need for the pain medication provided or to take a day off. Dr. Buck did wonders! He is absolutely of the best dentist here at Whitman-Walker and to be honest in the DMV! If you have to in his waitlist I believe it’s worth it.
