Excellent service

I had a wonderful stay at the Oryx Boutique Hotel in Maputo. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night’s rest. The lady at the reception was exceptionally friendly and helpful. When I requested a receipt, she took care of it immediately. I was also pleasantly surprised when the management called to check if everything was in order — a thoughtful touch that shows how much they care about their guests. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel. Excellent service, warm hospitality, and a truly comfortable stay.

I had a great stay at Oryx Boutique Hotel Maputo! The hospitality was outstanding — the staff were warm, professional, and always willing to help. The hotel has a clean, modern, and relaxing atmosphere that made me feel right at home. One thing I really appreciated was that the rooms were cleaned every morning without fail, which kept everything fresh and comfortable throughout my stay. The WiFi was down for one night, but the hotel responded kindly by offering us a complimentary breakfast — a thoughtful gesture that showed great customer care. Although the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, we parked right in front on the street, and the security guard watched the car all night, which gave us peace of mind. Overall, a wonderful experience. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Maputo.

I really liked the hotel, it was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was also very well located - quite close to the museums and the ocean.
