Is everyone “a bit ADHD or on the spectrum”? What does neurodivergence have to do with your career and why is it relevant to the LGBTQ+ experience? In this presentation, Dr Lara Corr will unpack what ADHD, Autism and AuDHD actually look like at work beyond the stereotypes.
We’ll explore the challenges and awesome opportunities that come with ADHD and Autism at work and what is essential to creating sustainable, engaging careers. We weren’t taught this stuff growing up, so here’s your chance to see what’s possible when you are working with your brain and not against it. We’ll also address the real barriers to disclosure (or if you even need to share) and how to be better supported at work.
