Towels were not replaced. The balcony was too narrow to feel safe on a high rise building. When the outside door was open the air-con units were noisy. Shower was over the bath. Complimentary Tea/Coffee were not replenished.

Cannot sleep because there is someone busking...if you can call it that, more like screaming into a speaker since 8pm, its now 11:14pm, no one is answering at reception so I have no idea how much longer this will last. We brought our own ear plugs and we can still hear it through those. Absolutely cannot call this suitable as a hotel with no noise proofing.

Very disappointing experience. While walking past this hotel, water was suddenly poured from one of the upper-floor rooms and landed on us, it was unpleasant and could easily have caused harm to pedestrians below. We understand that this may have been the action of an individual guest rather than the hotel itself. However, we hope the hotel will strengthen guest supervision and remind guests not to throw or pour anything from windows or balconies, as it creates a safety risk for people outside.

⭐ 0 Stars (if that were possible) An extremely disappointing and stressful experience. We booked a room for a client who uses a power wheelchair and specifically contacted the hotel on four separate occasions between making the reservation and arriving. Each time, we were assured that the room booked was fully accessible and suitable for a power wheelchair user. Upon arrival, it became immediately apparent that the room was not accessible at all. Basic accessibility requirements had clearly not been considered, making the room completely unsuitable for our client's needs. To make matters worse, when this was raised with staff, we were informed that an immediate refund could not be processed. This left our client approximately $1,000 out of pocket while we urgently scrambled to find alternative accessible accommodation at short notice. What made the experience even more frustrating was discovering that the alternative accommodation we secured at the last minute not only met all of our client's accessibility requirements but exceeded them. It offered everything we needed and more, yet cost only marginally more than the room at Mantra Sydney Central. This highlighted just how poor the value for money was, given the room we had originally been sold was neither suitable nor accurately represented. For a hotel that advertises accessible accommodation, providing inaccurate information about room accessibility is unacceptable. It caused significant stress, inconvenience, and financial hardship for a wheelchair user who had taken every reasonable step to confirm suitability before arrival. I would strongly caution anyone with accessibility requirements to obtain detailed written confirmation of room features before booking, as verbal assurances were not reflected in reality.

Hella loud with the tram literally shaking the room. I wear ear plugs and it still kept me awake. Would recommend this place if you're deaf. Bath was also slippery as hell so I guess I can't recommend it to the elderly or drunk

Great location and staff were so friendly. Rooms were fantastic

Room was OK for the price, but the street outside was extremely noisy, with a large building running air conditioners from 6am to midnight exactly. Unfortunately the windows don't filter much of the noise.

Me and hubby enjoyed our stay. Lication is superb. Room wss very clean and comfortable. Special thanks to the Check-in staff for a very sweet trip. Thank you.
