Nice clean hotel, close to everything.

The receptionist was very enthusiastic.

I loved this hotel! Right in the center of the popular Riverside District, the rooms were clean, air conditioner worked great, hot water, and the staff were very friendly. Plus you get a free breakfast in the morning. I couldn't ask for more. Thank you!!!

Good reasonably priced hotel. Breakfast was basic but ok. Room was basic but ok. Location near everything was perfect. Staff were good. Price was good. Roof bar/pool closed so that was a big negative compared to my expectations.

I booled the riverview room but when i arrived they said it was already full. They cannot find my booking on their system. F

This was the worst hotel I've ever stayed in during my travels. First, the shower wasn't separate from the toilet, so using it flooded the toilet. I was upgraded to a room two categories higher, but even with the glass partition, water still seeped in from under the glass, flooding the toilet. Furthermore, there was a massive infestation of ants, lizards, and mosquitoes, making it impossible to sleep. The refrigerator's power cord wasn't on (or wasn't nearby). There was only one pair of room slippers, and the service was terrible. The pool wasn't accessible at will; you had to go to the front desk and get a special key for access. Regarding noise, it's an old building, and the opening and closing of doors in nearby rooms was very loud, and you could hear conversations. Also, screams and conversations from the girls' bar across the street could be heard until 4:00 AM. Because it's on a main road, car horns could be heard until late at night. Breakfast wasn't a buffet; you had to choose from nine menu items, and the portions weren't large. Also, the hairdryer sometimes stops working, and there's no phone, so the only way to contact the front desk is to go there yourself. I absolutely do not recommend it. The only thing I would recommend is that you can check in at 8:00 AM if a room is available.

The river view is beautiful, making it perfect for private tea parties or meetings, and the hotel rooms are also very comfortable.
