YK Art House

Good place. Fast WiFi. Nice rooms. A bit pricy but overall worth it.

Our stay was not really as expected. We paid for a pool where we can't swim (under 40° it's one of the only reasons we chose this place), quite a lot of ants, not really hot water in the shower and, noise so much noise for the construction site next door for 7am and during the night loud music and dogs barking all the time, didn't sleep much. The isolation is close to none where we stayed, as well as the WiFi. I don't know if all the rooms are the same. It's unfortunate before it's a very nice place. Cosy library, cats running around, lots of trees and nice environment, it's close to one of the best mall I've seen in my life (go to the food court after 8pm you'll thank me later) and not far for the city center and the palace. The room in general are well maintained, cute tea pot and style with taste. I try to be fair, I don't want to put less stars because it's a work in progress I guess but really it is needed.

We stayed for a week then ended up extending our stay another week. YK Arthouse is serenity in the middle of the city. It's right around the corner from Aeon mall as well as lots of great restaurants and attractions. It's also easy to get a grab ride from here (1-3 min wait, although we were here during Khmer New Year so it was a bit busy). Our room was exactly as pictured, and clean and quiet enough for our two cats to have a peaceful stay. The wifi is great. I managed to get work done, and also streamed a few movies.

Worst of the worst...booked a direct reservation, mentioned clearly preauthorised payment, and entered card information. And system accepted, and payment was captured and then arrived, stating that cash was mandatory and card payments were refused. If it cannot fulfil your rules what is the point giving a card details. What a joke. If you are unable to follow your own principle, you should consider stopping work or changing your rules and writing them down clearly. There is no requirement for cash payments during the reservation process. Totally trash. Hopeless

A very authentic place. Beautiful, cozy, clean, and the staff is very friendly. Pets are allowed. We were there with our cat. Convenient location. Highly recommended!

absolutely amazing place. beautiful area to hang out downstairs with books and plants everywhere, cats and comfy chairs too- could easily just spend a day down here. the room is incredibly well designed, it actually felt homely and had furniture chosen with intention instead of just generic impersonal hotel stuff (which always does the job but doesn’t really make you feel comfortable or inclined to spend much time there.) we loved the place and could’ve stayed far longer than just 3 nights, and if i’m back in phnom penh i’ll be staying here! great food too.

Super lovely hotel room

The BEST place to stay in Phnon Penh - I am def coming back as soon as I can. The vegan food and service were excellent! Very chill vibe there. My room was very comfortable - I truly was sad to leave.

I feel very comfortable at YK Art House – it's my home base in Phnom Penh! The rooms are simple, but thoughtfully and lovingly furnished. The staff is very friendly, the food is delicious, and the location is central. An oasis in the heart of the city, a highly recommended place to stay!
