W Xi'an

We enjoyed an exemplary and well-deserved five‑star stay at W Xi’an. Upon arrival, the porters received us with warmth and professionalism, promptly assisting with our luggage despite wintry conditions. Their consistent courtesy—greeting guests on arrival and departure and attending to doors—was notable. The front desk staff were equally welcoming and communicated with clarity; check‑in was efficient and seamless. We were grateful to receive an upgrade to a spacious room with an outstanding view. Housekeeping was timely in replenishing amenities and demonstrated respect for guest privacy by avoiding early‑morning disturbances. The hotel’s location is highly convenient: a two‑minute walk to restaurants, mini‑marts and a Starbucks, and a 10–15 minute walk to a shopping mall and Sephora. Breakfast was of excellent quality and thoughtfully presented; the chef at the Chinese delicacies station deserves special recognition for his friendliness, efficiency and knowledgeable recommendations. Check‑out was swift and unobtrusive. We commend W Xi’an’s management for cultivating a cohesive, professional team—every staff member we encountered displayed dedication to guest satisfaction. We highly recommend W Xi’an and will choose it again on our next visit.

I stayed here while traveling. It was a very nice hotel and I was very satisfied. The breakfast was excellent.

Modern facilities and great service.

Overall, it was flashy but...meh. I had actually planned to stay at the W for all four nights, but in the end, I was glad I only stayed for two. Surprisingly, despite being a foreign-owned hotel, English wasn't widely spoken. A bit of a shock. Also, the drawing corner under the TV in the room... I don't know if they keep all the drawings guests make there, but there were drawings of Aespa and anime characters, which was a bit unpleasant. I wish they'd throw those away. It should have been fantastic and beautiful, but overall, it felt like it was just missing something. The pool looked amazing in photos! I even bought a swimsuit specifically for the W's pool, but it felt more like a public pool... I left immediately (lol). There must be some good points, but overall, it was a hotel that just fell short. I was really looking forward to it, so I'm a little disappointed (crying) (crying).

W Xian is simply world class. From the moment you arrive, the service is outstanding. The rooms are incredibly spacious, beautifully designed, and equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable and relaxing stay. My balcony overlooked the park, which made for a stunning view and the perfect spot to unwind. The facilities are top-notch, truly on par with the best hotels in the world, and the location is excellent. Every detail, from the design to the service, is executed flawlessly. W Xian delivers the perfect balance of luxury, comfort, and style. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting the city. You’ll leave wishing you stayed longer!

Fantastic W hotel right next to QuJiang Lake and walking distance to the Giant Wild Goose Pagoda and Tang Paradise. Subway station is close by. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Excellent Marriott Bonvoy recognition.

Good hotel. Food and drinks all good. Great service

During our 4-week long China trip, out of all the 8 hotels we stayed, this is the most memorable place. The service is excellent. All staffs are professional and helpful. The room is clean and spacious. The location is the best in this city. The most impressive part is the style and decor. I am not a big fan of contemporary style but sure they made it very appealing to live in. Yes, if I come again, I will stay with them again.

Absolutely amazing :-) LIKE IT !!! I recommend the buffet restaurant. At 50 euros per person, it's not cheap by Chinese standards, but wine, sparkling wine, and "Western" food are included :-)
