I checked in at 6.30. There was no water bottle in the room. Phone was not working. I had to call the owner. There was no towel in the bathroom. He promised soon he would arrange. We waited for two hours nothing happened. Called him again he said he promise we will get it in 20 minutes... Nothing happened... Never again this one

Overall Rooms were nice, Service was fast, Location was in the hotel area, no kitchen was in therL Room: My room had balcony view was just a ground infront the TV was not working it turned on but don't had any channel and app bathroom was old fashioned but room was wooden finished Staff: due to heavy rain last week telephone was not working but after calling with and within a min the boy came STAFF was VERY CO-OPERATIVE helped me book OLA when check out Location: was in the middle of hotel area Kichen: The hotel din't had kichen so I had to send the staff with money to bring food I would recommend if you visit bengalore if your budget 2k to 4k per night it is a very good hotel..
