Think twice before visiting this spa/massage center, especially if you are booking by time. One of my female friends booked a 60-minute massage session here. During the massage, it’s very easy to lose track of time, and the staff never informed her when the booked session had ended. Instead, they silently continued for around 20 extra minutes and later demanded nearly ₹1000 extra without properly informing or taking consent beforehand. What was even more disappointing was the way the situation was handled when questioned. Instead of resolving the issue professionally, multiple male staff members allegedly pressured and intimidated a female customer into paying. She felt uncomfortable and had no practical option in that moment except to comply. This experience felt extremely unethical and exploitative. If you visit: - Keep checking the time yourself - Confirm rates for extra minutes beforehand - Ask them to notify you before extending any session - Avoid going alone if possible I have already filed a complaint with the consumer forum and will also be escalating the matter further. I wanted to share my recent experience following a deep tissue massage I booked at your spa. When I called ahead, I was informed that the original price would be 3,500, with a discounted price of 2,200. However, upon arrival, I was told the price was actually 3,000.
