Leonardo Plaza Haifa

I visited Leonardo Hotel on a solo business trip, and what I experienced went far beyond a typical hotel stay. The hotel itself is spotless, beautifully air-conditioned, smells wonderful, and the food is absolutely outstanding. But what truly set this stay apart was the breathtaking view! The kind you simply don't want to leave. What made the deepest impression on me, though, was the staff. They treated me like family from the moment I arrived. During my stay, a war broke out - not exactly a standard travel scenario, and the team went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe, both physically (the hotel has excellent protected spaces) and emotionally. Their warmth and genuine care made an incredibly stressful situation feel manageable. I'm already counting the days until my next visit. If anyone asks me for a hotel recommendation in Haifa, I won't hesitate for a second. A huge thank you to the entire team - Miri Capon, Lior & Miri - you are truly exceptional. 🩷 And also in Hebrew for those in Israel - go travel in stunning Haifa!!! Although I came to work, I felt like I was on vacation abroad with a hug from the country. I arrived alone for a work trip. The hotel was clean, air-conditioned with a good smell, excellent food and a view that you can't leave... The hotel staff treated me like family, because there really is nothing like it in Israel. They went above and beyond and made sure I felt safe even though a war started during my stay there. There are lots of protected spaces and amazing people so I felt protected both physically and mentally. I can't wait for the next time! A big thank you to the hotel team - Miri Capon, Lior and Miri from Ashdod, I have no doubt that I will continue to recommend them every time they ask me which hotel to book in Haifa 🩷

Top class hotel!!!

A beautiful place with good service and an amazing view, we really enjoyed the hospitality! The hotel offers a very affordable deal for couples. However, it is important to note that once you add two children, the additional price almost doubles and reaches an additional of over 85% of the original couple's price. This gap feels a little excessive and disproportionate. For couples, this is a perfect experience, but the family pricing is less affordable. Thank you very much for a pleasant vacation

It was a fun day at the hotel, the service was exceptional right from the reception by the lovely Miri Kapon At the hotel's stunning pool, Avishai the lifeguard welcomed us with exceptional service for every inquiry and question. The stay was an experience. We will return to stay at the hotel again.

The location is perfect, right on the beach, minutes walk from restaurants on the promenade. The hotel staff were kind, allowed us to go beyond the norm at check-out, took care of us down to the smallest detail. Many thanks to all the staff. It was perfect.

Highly recommend the Leonardo Haifa Hotel. The hotel has been renovated. Clean, spacious, cozy and well-decorated rooms. Excellent breakfast. High-quality lunch/dinner, led by Chef Assi. The hotel staff is welcoming. Excellent location. The best in Haifa.

We stayed for one night, the room was spacious, clean and well-maintained, and the stay was comfortable and pleasant throughout the visit Recommended for those looking for some peace and quiet

Location is nice for views on the sea and closeness to the beach. And the shower is really great (hot and strong). Though, the building is quite ugly, the architecture a mess (main entrance wierdly on the side and towards a boring parking lot and no entrance on the beach side). The surrounding around it and towards the beach is dirty, in disuse and disrepair. In the room i heard the whole night the sewage running through the pipes in the walls. I tried to use the phone in the room to call the reception and only got an ai voice that didn't understand me. The espresso machine in the room is supposed to be filled with tap water and I was not offered bottle water when I adressed that to the reception. Food was mediocre and all the meat dishes in the evening seemingly had additions of sugar (why?) and the two fish dishes were done both with garlic. So, if you want a meal without sugar and garlic, there is nothing left.

5 stars for the food too. The service should be given 10 stars not 5.

Just a grandiose name. A two-star hotel at most. The rooms are like they're from the last century, there's no soundproofing, the power outlets keep falling out, the bathroom stinks, it's noisy day and night, it's impossible to relax after work, the restaurant is mediocre and very expensive, the service is a solid 3, and the only decent person is the manager. It feels like they built the hotel and are just pumping money out of it without investing a penny. Weddings and parties are constantly happening. If you need a quick place to stay, this is the place to go. If you're staying longer, it's best to look for another hotel! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
