Park Hotel Tokyo

Splashed out and thought we would treat ourselves to a ‘luxury’ hotel to stay in on our final leg in Japan, spent a lot more money per night compared to what we had on other hotels on our trip. Arrived to a stunning lobby that gave off an amazing impression. Only to arrive to our room, the bathroom stunk of urine and was not clean, at all. It was also very noisy at night with the subway down below, it is also in a terrible location for tourists as the train station is a maze to navigate and not straight forward whatsoever. (Stayed in Shibuya previously which was a breeze compared to this place). The air conditioning was also non existent, room was stinky, unhygienic and claustrophobic with the air con not operating great. Basically just paying for a nice view and nothing else. If you’re a tourist don’t stay here! Plenty of other places around that are much cheaper and nicer & better location. Unfortunately we learnt the hard way so we packed our things up and decided to stay somewhere else and thank goodness we did!

Absolutely incredible. S. Suraj and the whole staff were friendly, accommodating, and professional. It is exactly as advertised: you are staying in an art museum! It is wonderfully curated with thoughtful and unique pieces from across the world. The location is very desirable: walkable to many different beautiful park/garden locations such as Hama Rikyu gardens. Shimbashi station and the connected lines at Shiodome make transit throughout Tokyo easy. Recommend to check out Shimbashi nightlife & get some late night food! If you are missing a fitness center, Sakurada park is nearby and was nice to use. The onsite restaurants are delicious, and breakfast was worth it. Kaiseki service was a great treat on the night we arrived. Onsite laundry was very helpful as well. The views of Fuji and Tokyo tower were also stunning. Will be back! じゃあ　また

Breathtaking view I stayed on the 32nd floor with a view of the city that in the evening took my breath away, its location is strategic near the train station 1 stop Tokyo central station where you can reach the shinkansen and various metro and buses that allow you to visit the city with serenity the super professional and precise staff

Modern building in a perfect location. Spectacular view, excellent breakfast. Very unique rooms, though a few minor details in the bathroom are a shame.

Had a great time at Park Hotel Tokyo! My family and I traveled here from Seattle, USA, and needed a place to stay after our Airbnb fell through. They even let us check in early. The staff is so nice, always smiling, and they make your stay as comfortable as possible. I also loved the hotel restaurant—they serve the freshest, tastiest food. The property is in a perfect location, just a short walk from the train station and local amenities. You don't even have to step outside since it's all interconnected! Last but not least, the hotel feels like an art museum, with beautiful art pieces showcased all around the hallways.

Spectacular hotel very close to Shimbashi station. Excellent transport links, very comfortable and clean. The rooms are relatively large, which is unusual for the city, and the views from the lobby, as you can see in the photo, are spectacular. Highly recommended.

Staff exceptional. Rooms are a good size. Location is perfect.

Morning breakfast has a very limited options

One minor criticism: the windows are not soundproof; you can hear every train thundering over the steel bridge on the 32nd floor. Otherwise, everything is wonderful; the breakfast is fine, except for the lack of a good espresso.

One night in transit. Great location for accessing Haneda and the city. Clean, comfortable and good service

It was really great! Everything was good. The only thing that bothered me was that on the second day, the housekeeper burst through the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell... She seemed flustered herself; she probably thought we had left at 10:30. She didn't even apologize... I let it slide, but she definitely lacks basic training.
