RedDoorz @ El Grande Inn Santa Cruz Manila

Hi! I would like you to check on El Grande Inn near Espanya manila. “Tine” I think one of the Receptionist Was called by Aaron Mendoza(HK) taking over the Reception. Rose Villanueva(HK) decided that we should be charged on a faulty bidet which upon entry was already shat off. I turned the bidet to use. I was getting my massage, when we heard water seeping. The light was poor on the rest room so when I checked, i first checked the flush then the valve for the bidet. The water was not visible but the sound stopped. Upon check out, Rose checked the room and blamed us for ruining the Bidet. We ruined cut the bidet with one use?! How on earth can I tear the bidet hose with one use?! They charged me 320 for the bidet. How is this valid?!

Not accessible for jeep walking is too far

It's a very scary place and I need to go for a foot walk to get through the inn

Very expensive for such small rooms, they charge pretty much everything, blankets 100, extra head was 200, we arrived early but they said it was 2pm only, we had to pay extra 6 hours and 3 more just to complete our stay

Nice place
