Aziza Paradise Otel

Really nice stay at Aziza Hotel. The swimming pool was super cool and a great place to relax during the day especially open buffet in the morning is just a next level. In the evening, the atmosphere at the restaurant was lovely, especially with live music—a singer performing at night made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, a fun and memorable stay.

Unpleasant experience. The hotel, located on the outskirts of the city, is quite run-down and has decidedly inefficient staff. The ambiance attempts to recreate a tropical garden, but the furniture is worn and the rooms are poorly maintained. As for the breakfast buffet, we found a cockroach scurrying across the counter where all the guests' food is laid out. There are many hired staff members who are merely there for show, as they don't actually perform any duties. Beyond the overall impression, our personal experience was unpleasant; we felt cheated. We were spending the morning relaxing by the pool, with two glasses of water on a small table next to the sun loungers, when one of the glasses accidentally fell and broke. The lifeguard, who had been watching us there all morning without saying anything (glasses included), told us we had to pay 200 pesos for the incident. We asked to see the hotel's written regulations that would specify this "fine," which they never showed us. After several different staff members came, no one gave us any clear information, they just demanded payment for an insignificant and accidental situation.

One of the biggest disappointments of all hotels in PPC.i arrived in the afternoon had booked for 4 nights.i. Got a special deal price 600 per night from agoda.when I wanted to check in she told me this price was fake cause she couldn't earn much from that.i was forced to book a new room which was a hassle.i could see the greed in the eyes of the staff I would follow Agoda rules or don't offer it there.

Nice entry and pool areas. Rooms very ordinary.
