Subpar Facilities: The darkroom is more like a humid steam room with broken AC and drafts. The gym is ancient and has no AC—completely useless. • Dual Pricing & Rude Staff: 230 foreigners, Despite the higher fee, the staff are extremely rude and dismissive of any complaints. • Crowd: The crowd is mostly older (40+) foreigners and some locals; it’s definitely not a "premium" experience as you might expect for the price.

What time sauna open and close 😁

Excellent hotel with nice staff and easy going facility however hotel is for men only. I have been to this guest house several times, I find i have to say naive some extreme negative review. Let me start with the fact that you pay for a room with breakfast, about 27/28 usd which includes also the use of the sauna, the pool and everything comes with it. There is no doubt that some area might need some refurbishments, no discussion about it particularly the gym. However many people use the gym naked or almost as a sort of show off, there are plenty of standard gym close by such as Muscle Factory, 7 Gym and so on, particularly Muscle Factory Gym is a very crusing gym, quite a factory in that aspect, and I m sure people understand what 'crusing' means. The majority of the people staying at this hotel are only staying because this is a ONLY MALE facility with 3 floors of circus with different activites and type you simply pick the one you like. Having said that, I will next time I ll visit the guest house reiterate to the owner that some additions works are necessary despite several have been on going and also western people try NOT to understand that asian have a complete different perception of the time, they are not stressed and always on hurry. The bad thing is only that everything is temporary so if things are going good enjoy it it won't last forever and if things are going bad, no worry it won't last forever.

Overall pretty amazing for the price you are paying for and on top of all that the foods here surprisingly blow your mind. Highly recommended for those who's coming to have a wild experience in Pattaya 😝

I stayed at Sansuk Sauna & Guesthouse for 8 days in February 2026. I stayed in a single room with an ensuite bathroom on the 3rd floor. It's best to book through the hotel's official website. The room was very clean, beautiful, spacious, and quiet. The air conditioning worked well without any noise. Unfortunately, there was no place to dry clothes. The bathroom facilities were all working properly, and hot water was always available. Unfortunately, because the bathroom is an enclosed space, the ceiling was a bit moldy, so it's best to run the exhaust fan frequently for ventilation. At 900 baht per night, you can enjoy a variety of Western and Thai breakfasts by the pool, which is fantastic. The hotel staff are friendly and speak basic English. There's a small food street and several convenience stores nearby. Guests can use the sauna for free and interact with other guests. The sauna gets crowded after 6 pm and gradually decreases after 8 pm. I met many wonderful people there. Overall, I was very satisfied.

dual pricing is already not a good business plan for an international place. lack of service and competence and politeness from the staff and money minded owner.jacuzzi water is greenish, sweaty people jump from the steam room in the jacuzzi and swimming pool without taking a shower. dark rooms upstairs floor is filled with used condoms and sticky fluids. bed bugs in the mattress, the food is overpriced and not yummy. most of the customers are old westerners either tourists or residents and quite a few money boys looking for tip ... not too enjoyable but occasionally can meet decent guys 😉 updated on February 2026.
