Terrible hotel and staff. Be careful. You'll arrive, and they'll just say goodbye. Even BOOKING.COM won't help you. That's where I booked. They make mistakes and are rude. They can cancel your reservation unilaterally. First they confirm, then they cancel.

Very good hotel, close to Chalong Pier. Rooms are clean, bed comfortable. There is a kettle in a room, And microwave, fridge on each floor. Very nice and helpful staff.

Now a medical hospital

I cancelled a booking three days before my trip. Initially, I was told I had to cancel through the agency I booked with. However, since I booked directly with the hotel, there was no agency involved. After some back and forth, my booking was finally cancelled. However, I still haven't received my refund. No one is responding to my emails, and the phone number provided during booking is invalid. I even went to the hotel myself, but there was no one there.

Wonderful owners! The location is super convenient. The price/quality ratio is excellent.
