An amazing beach n wee town, lots of resturants plenty homestays / hotels

A Bang beach is beautiful. Very chill and relaxed. Visited Shore club and The Deckhouse and had a lovely time at both

This is the beach / chilled with great beach clubs and yummy restaurants - the sea is shallow out to 100 metres from shore - an bang is its own community so no massive hotels and mass tourism feeling - just a lovely mix of ages and nationalities - go for the Beach House or the Dolphin / have a spa - swim in the warm sea / eat red snapper

An Bàng Beach is located in the Chiang An branch - the city of Xi'an - Guang Nam Province, about 5 km from the center of the ancient city of Xi'an and about 20 km from the city of Danang. The An-Bang Sea stretches 3-4 km with clean smooth sandy beaches, the relaxed slope is very suitable for the fun activities of visitors. About a decade ago, An Bàng was a fairly savage beach, attentive to guests. In recent years, the number of visitors has increased. Compared to the beaches in Da Nang, An Bang has more foreign visitors than local visitors. The system of restaurants, hotels, pubs in An Bang in recent years has also developed very quickly to meet the needs of visitors.

I spent a lazy afternoon at An Bang Beach and overall really enjoyed it. The sand was soft, the water was warm, and there was a nice low-key vibe compared with some of the busier beaches I’ve been to. I grabbed a cold drink from a little beachside spot and had fresh grilled seafood, which was simple but good. The sea breeze was great, and I could’ve happily stayed longer just listening to the waves. The only downsides were that it got a bit crowded in parts and a few vendors were a little persistent. Still, I’d recommend it if you want an easy beach day near Hoi An.

We came here as our hotel provided a complimentary shuttle to the beach and had an arrangement with the shore club for us to use the beach chairs. Go early to get chairs as later on it gets crowded and hot. The beach was lovely and the sea was surprisingly cool, just right for cooling off the heat. It was very pleasant to swim in. We spent about half a day and enjoyed the time there. There were a few local vendors but we just politely declined them. Would recommend!

What stood out most was the sound of the waves and the breeze coming off the water. The only downside was that parts of the beach can get crowded and a few vendors were a little persistent. Still, I’d definitely recommend it for a relaxed beach stop near Hoi An.

It’s a fine stop if you’re already in Hoi An, but nothing really stuck with me. I wouldn’t go out of my way for it again, honestly.

There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and I had some fresh seafood that was pretty good. The only downsides were the beach vendors coming by fairly often and the occasional bit of litter in spots. Still, it felt laid-back and worth the trip. I’d go again, just probably earlier in the day.

Still, I’d definitely recommend it if you want a simple beach day near Hoi An.

Nice beach, swimming was nice, some small waves, very commercialized but room enough to spread your towel undisturbed and have a swim and find your gear as you left it. Sub tropical and great for cooling off when temperatures were in the mid 30's [C].

The beach is beautiful, with parking, showers, and many restaurants and eateries. The swimming area is lovely, the water is cool, and the sand is fine. After swimming in the afternoon, you can enjoy a delicious bowl of clam porridge or bone broth porridge.

It was terrible. Maybe we were unlucky, but honestly, it wasn't great from the start. We bought drinks, and they charged us for the sunbeds too. In the 15 minutes we were there, four vendors came over, though if you shook your head, they immediately left. The owner of the sunbeds was smoking on the sunbed next to us and didn't want to understand that I didn't smoke. And the worst part is the sea is so shallow, it's impossible to swim. And they stole my glasses. It's been a while since I've had my glasses stolen; the last time was about 15 years ago in Kabardinka. Abroad, not in Thailand, the Philippines, or Montenegro, I never even considered hiding used glasses—not the worst, but not luxury either (not Dior, not Chanel). We left 15 minutes after arriving, since it wasn't clear whether we were allowed to leave anything on the sunbed. In Montenegro, I was alone and somehow, like a crow, I left my wallet with a decent amount of euros in a prominent place; not a single euro was missing; someone thoughtfully covered the wallet with a hat.

Get a bike from your old town hotel and ride here in early morning to join the locals for a beautiful sunrise and a morning beach walk. There is a free open shower area and free parking.

My relatives and I decided to go to An Bang beach for some relaxation and to watch the sunset. We brought some food to eat while drinking beers and singing for fun. The wave current was somewhat strong, so we decided not to swim. Overall, we had a great time at the beach.

Top crowded but nice

Good, meticulous, and professional work, and a good reception.

The beds are worth it - 150,000VND for 2 beds and an umbrella that you can use for the whole day. Chose wisely and you'll be served cheap drinks and even food by the attendant.

The beach is clean from morning until 4:30 PM. After that, the street vendors arrive, then the locals, and then the local party starts. I prefer to go back.

A good place for those who want to enjoy the seaside in a quiet environment.

Nice beach, not luxury but just a nice vibe. Try out "The Deck House" for smoothies, coffee, cocktails,... (good variety of cheaper and a bit more expensive drinks on the menu).

The sea and the beach are very clean, with no litter. The seawater is clear, and the beach is not deep, so even young children can swim easily and safely. Beach services are also well-managed, so they don't detract from the experience.
