I had an awful experience at this hotel. After booking a non smoking room, they put me in a smoking one. Went back, complained, they gave me a new room, smoking one again. The food at the restaurant is low quality, same for the breakfast. This is one of the places I would never ever return.

I visited this hotel as a guest and want to especially thank our wonderful manager, Anar. He's a true professional: very attentive, friendly, cultured, and knowledgeable. Thanks to him, our stay here was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. He was always there, ready to help and answer any questions. Even our short stay left only positive impressions. Thank you so much for the warmth, care, and high level of support. I highly recommend such people!
