Lindner Hotel & City Lounge

We had booked a 3-day package through the ANWB at the Lindner Hotel Antwerp. What a warm welcome we received there. Right from check-in. Beautiful rooms, clean and super tidy. And what a treat breakfast was. What a choice of food. And such friendly staff again, especially Gino; it felt like coming home. A super friendly waiter. Very helpful and very friendly. And of course, not to forget Jwona and Steven. Hopefully, we will visit again sometime. Thank you. Aukje Kingma

As someone traveling from the States, I'll put it simply: the Lindner Hotel not only cleared every expectation I had for a European stay, but completely exceeded them in both service and amenities. My entire plan whilst visiting Antwerp was to experience the city comparable to a local, and the staff graciously provided excellent guidance and recommendations every step of the way to help me do just that. Not to mention the outstanding amenities, featuring a phenomenal gym and sauna overlooking the city, as well as a gourmet breakfast to start off the day. The premier location is unbeatable. It is within walking distance of everything you could want to see in the city, and just a two-minute walk from the train station to get everywhere else you'd like to visit with ease. It’s an incredibly lively location that I'd recommend to all ages. Let me also shoutout the phenomenal staff: Alexia, Dorothy, Andreea, Randy, Colin, Eva, Michelle, Marteen, Sieglinde, and Wout. You guys are the reason my stay was as quality as it was. You've left a permanent impression on me that I will forever carry in my memories of Belgium, and for that I thank you. I appreciate you all very much and could not recommend this hotel more.

The hotel shows the very misleading information for customers. On all the reservation platforms, including Bookings and Hyatt official website, it’s showing parking included. But not until we arrived did we find out that the so called parking is actually a public underground parking of Antwerp Central Station. When we booked the hotel, included parking was always the first factor to choose the hotel. So when we found this problem, the hotel didn’t really give us the proper answer or any useful solution, even from the General Manager I didn’t get anything useful. So we just paid more than 30bucks to park. Rly not recommend it to ppl who drive here !!

I am really happy with this hotel. The dining room staff were wonderful. Sieglinde & Vincenzo were very gracious & both are deserving of recognition from Lindner. Great job you two.

The Lindner Hotel in Antwerp made a very positive impression on me. The atmosphere was excellent, the rooms were comfortable and beautifully designed, and the breakfast was a great way to start the day. A special mention goes to Gino. He had exactly the right mix of politeness, warmth and reliability — the kind of presence that can give even a morning grump like me a genuinely good start to the day. He is a real asset to the hotel.

Lovely hotel next to Antwerp Central Station. Rooms clean and bathroom spotless. Atmosphere and staff amazing, very helpful and friendly. Breakfast delicious, with special thanks to Iwona, Steven, and Gino. A wonderful way to wake up.

This will be a long review as I must mention the excellent service of this hotel and staff. First, Colin aided me when I couldn’t locate our driver at the Brussels airport. He and Maartin went above their duties locating and finding our driver and connecting us. We enjoyed a fully stocked buffet breakfast every morning. Steven greeted us each morning and made sure all our requests were met. I wish I knew the names of the chef and support staff as they consistently kept the food restocked. Our maid Yang Chen kept our room fresh and tidy. She was pleasant and worked very diligently. Finally, Nick, Jorge, and a younger man who is a student prepared our cocktails when we finished our day. Always a smile, and tasty snacks! Nick made a perfect gin and tonic each day. We stayed 6 days. Absolutely marvelous!!

Upon reflection and seeing my review being deleted from two years ago,this hotel after staying so many hotels since then ,this stay goes down as of the most disturbing hotels stays I have ever stayed, being told anti-semtic comments about kosher food and getting a response from the hotel that the employee didn't mean it ,is comical ,especially looking at a other review who states he also had anti semtic comments said to him . So I guess some people will like staying at a place like this, but to the ones that care ,don't say you weren't warned

Absolutely charming hotel. Only my second day of a one week business trip and I already feel at home. Comfortable rooms, elegant lobby and bar but my highlight so far has been the breakfast and the warm welcome that I received from Gino. Gino provided outstanding service with a smile and insightful recommendations for things to see in Antwerp on my free time. People like Gino add the special human connection that is absolutely necessary to achieve excellence in the service industry.

Great hotel with a A class service. Extra points for be located near the central train station, an extra compliment to the front desk team.
