The single room is very comfortable, cozy, and clean. Highly recommended. It is also conveniently located very close to the station.

The hotel offered free unlimited water, tea, and coffee, which was great! The front desk staff were very nice. The water pressure in the room was excellent and the water was hot enough, which I loved!

Clean, freshly remodeled room and public areas. Our room was large and comfortable. Two large window with nice street view. Very good breakfast buffet to start our day. Several tram lines close by . . or a pleasant 20-30 minute walk to the historic district. Gent-Sint-Pieters train station just a few blocks away.

Very close to the train station, friendly staff. We stayed for 2 nights, one night in a deluxe room and one night in a standard room. Of course, the deluxe room is very comfortable and large, the standard room is a little smaller. Definitely recommend it 👍👍

Very friendly welcome on arrival, also very prompt to answer emails before arriving. The room was exceptionally clean. The room was light and bright so I could actually see to put my make up on! And could see how clean the room and bathroom were. The breakfast was delicious, very fresh, the staff working in the breakfast room were lovely and kept the breakfast room spotless, they were constantly cleaning up and replenishing food. The coffee was also very good and free all day in the lobby, water too. I liked that there were lots of vegan options, including alpro yogurt and milk, I didn’t have to ask for them which is rare for most hotels I have stayed in. The location was good easy reach of train station and tram, 20 min walk in to centre/attractions so didn’t actually need to take the tram. Deserves much higher star rating.

Very nice hotel and rooms. Large, clean and well equipped, certainly not cramped and plenty of space to relax. Perfect stop on the way to Spa race track, will use again. The outside area doesn’t look great but with free parking outside and easy access back to the motorway it’s convenient and way better inside than it looks outside.

Stayed here for two nights and, overall, it was a really good experience. The location is unbeatable - just a few steps from the station and super convenient for exploring the whole city center on foot. The hotel is modern, quiet as well. My wife and I especially appreciated the free water refill station in the lobby; it's a small detail that makes a big difference. The room decor is exactly like the photos: modern and up to date. The bathroom was definitely the highlight-spotless, and felt brand new. Bed was comfy and had 2 pillows. Would definitely stay again.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and modern, surrounded by shops and restaurants, and a 5-minute walk from Ghent station. Breakfast is €20 per person. Drinking water, tea bags, and freshly ground coffee are provided in the lounge for guests.

Great location, friendly staff, and clean rooms. Visited late April. Was on the 4th floor, it was very quiet although there may not have been a lot of guests, but didn't get street noise. The AC worked great. Beds were clean and comfortable. Staff were nice - it can be hard to find places to stay that still have a staffed front desk but the staff are there until around 22:00 or 23:00, which is nice for international travelers. Just over five minute walk from the central station. 25 minutes or so to the edge of old downtown. We visited Ghent and did day trips to other towns using the train, so the location was very advantageous to do both.
